I had a refreshing and delightful takeout experience at Sbarro in Moreno Valley. From the moment I walked in, the courteous demeanor of the register clerk and another server set a positive tone for my visit. Their professionalism and warm service did not go unnoticed.

Special commendations to Yvonne, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. She was not only helpful and gracious in providing refills but also displayed exceptional flexibility when I placed a last-minute order for a whole pepperoni pizza for my family after already ordering two slices and a regular drink. Her willingness to accommodate my request without any hesitation was really appreciated.

The food was so good that I didn't have time to take selfies or photos of Sbarro and the pizza. What stood out even more was the informative nature of the staff. They clearly communicated how long it would take for the pizza to cook, ensuring I was well aware of the waiting time. This level of transparency and customer care was differently refreshing.

Get some italians or like me, Germans here for workers. The two mexicans that were behind counter dont cut it. Weird attitude.owner knows all this, he seems to be more worried abiut every penny then he is about making customers happy. Very frustrating.

Food is very expensive. A little bowl of pasta with no meat sauce $15. I can go to Chicago pasta house or so and get a salad huge plate of pasta with meat sauce, bread and all for 12.50. Makes no sense these prices. This mall is dead and shouldn't charge extra for that especially with a Texas road house and all just across the street. Food was ok. Corporate packaged food. Average at its best. Spaghetti woth tomatoes sauce the 5.99 special was disgusting. One little scoop of sauce on top and the rest of Spaghetti had no sauce while eating. This is not Italian dining. I have been in Italy for most of my childhood and this is an I sult for Italian food. Shame on you guys.

And the way they easily pick pasta and out it in the bowl...ridiculous. china ace 2 stalls down literally scoops the food in box to were it almost can't be closed. Here at this Italian place a few noodles at the time making sure not one pasta too much. Really??? Is pasta...

My daughter loves pizza, so we've quite literally been to every mall sbarros in a 50 mile radius. We've been to this one a few times now, and the pizza has been really good both times, plenty of sauce, gooey cheese, and the crust is fluffy and buttery tasting. The servers are usually goofy, but they're attentive and quick. I've personally always been a fan of sbarros, and I suggest it to people. My favorite dish is the mushroom chicken with pasta, I ask for extra butter sauce over the noodles and a little marinara, its delicious, and it's better if its sat for a bit because the sauce soaks into the chicken. Overall I would say this is definitely a place I'll come back to, and it's one of the few places I'll eat in...
