Credit card machine was down without the merchant even knew it was down. She told me my card was denied I thought it was my debit card, I've been having problems with it lately so I started calling my bank. Remind you my food was already ordered and being made. The person behind me orders his food as well turns out his card was denied. Manager checks the machine apparently card machine was down. Turns out my card was fine it was their machine. She asks if I can pay cash. I said I dont carry cash. So the cashier tells me since my food is ready and I cant pay she can speak to her manager to see what they can do. Manager says no. It's either cash or nothing. Obviously who Carrie's cash now a days. I cant pay because of their machine. I'm sorry but that's not my fault I'm willing to pay but I cant. And she had the audacity to waste food instead of giving it to someone who ordered it. I'm sorry but manager needs to know how to run a business I work for a bank I know how things get but you can make exceptions and this one she could've made on but instead she wanted to waste food. Read moreWith the demand of the amount of people that were in line to try to get a cheese steak which I was impressed that they did use provolone cheese. But the poor people behind the line four people to run a station to serve 10 to 15 people just makes the wait kind of ridiculous. And once again I felt that. Some of the customer service agents did not want to be there and it showed in their effort when calling out the numbers to try to get people to come get their food. If you don't want people to be talking then put it on a LCD screen monitor in front of your restaurant and have the numbers pop up on the screen to say this number food is ready to be picked up. That way your customer service agents or your Cooks don't have to scream the number over the counter and such a busy area. The food was good but location location just didn't make up for it. I should not be thinking about profit margins when I'm ordering food a simple screen would make it so much easier to get things accomplished in a fast and more efficient way because people were lining up to get the food but they were very uncomfortable staying around waiting for the food to be served. The people who work there are always really nice, except the first time I ever went, so the customer service isn't a problem. It's getting ur food right.
