Luna’s Sunday Cafe — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

My boyfriend and I went while shopping at the mall and initially/honestly, I didn’t have high expectations at all bc of the location. But omg I was so pleasantly surprised!!! I got the salted caramel latte which I suppose comes with their soft top…. GUYS SO BOMB fr. I’m not too sure if their pastries are consistent or not since it’s not like on the menu, but i’m telling you, best chocolate croissant i got ever. my boyfriend also got the flan which he said was really good too. We came on the weekend so it was quite packed, but for being packed the service was pretty fast. Like probably 5-7 minutes, it definitely beats waiting in like a dutch bros drive thru or something. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough! I’ve been going to Lunas since before their move to the mall and I have not been disappointed. I’ve tried quite a few of their drinks, my current faves are the banana pudding latte, the dumpkin and the pumpkin Shakin espresso. The environment is super friendly, they do have seating if you want to stay awhile. Sometimes it is a little packed but in my opinion the line goes down really quickly! They do update their instagram story a lot, would post any announcements or if they need to close early or not open. The staff are super nice, and aren’t opposed to helping you out. Very high quality specialty lattes. Good balance of flavor without an over reliance on sweetness. And nice toppings fresas con crema latte was amazing!

Long wait time but as a new business they just gotta figure out their systems for efficiency but worth the wait. Super pleased!

Nice to see mexicans succeed include our flavors here and there naturally and not brand their stuff ebarrassingly tacky with calaveras and pinatas everywhere. Wish all success to Luna and her sunday cafe.

Maybe pre-blend some fresas with the cream ahead of time for more uniformity in flavor and speed up the make time?...
