NEVER AGAIN IN LIFE WILL I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. The service and the communication is absolutely TERRIBLE! I was told my order would be delivered on Monday it wasn’t delivered and no one communicated. I was then told it would be delivered Tuesday at 12 again nothing was delivered and no communication. The store stopped answering my calls but had our money. I received a text saying “Your stuff will be delivered on Wednesday from 4-5” My stuff for one that’s rude. Wednesday comes I had to go back to the store I did not receive my order from 4-5 then I was told from 5-6 that time came nothing then I was told from 6-7 that time came nothing. I was then told 7-8 again nothing I was then told 8:30-9. The delivery came at 9:30. The bed I ordered was not even the right bed and they did not care I was told I better be lucky it was even delivered with COVID-19 and the week of Christmas. I was told nothing but lies. I had to request a refund in order to get an answer. The store kept telling me different answers so I wouldn’t get a refund when in fact the delivery guys stated they never gave the stores that time and had no idea who was texting me. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN. Now we have to spend money on buying something different because they lied on top of all this this is not even the correct bed frame for the bed we told the lady we had. I’ve never been so disconnected by a company and they don’t even care to try to resolve the matter. ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN ABSOLUTELY...

I came to ruby furniture with my 19 year old daughter who moved to California .she picked out a nice black sofa and love seat and a black headboard and a mattress and box spring . We were told the headboard would come on Tuesday and the bed and frame and couch would come in two days so it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. So i called on Friday to figure out what the update was and i was told a few more days. I decided to cancel my whole order as the sales man started texting my 19 yr old daughter sexual stuff. Than on Sunday the lady called and said they would deliver everything on Monday on memorial day and I questioned her as i said i wanted to cancel my order. Her response was everything is in the truck. Everything got delivered but for some reason we got the thinnest box spring ever. Its now Thursday after being told they would replace the box spring with a taller one. Still waiting as i was told at 11am it would come between 6pm and 7pm. I am pissed. No way to treat first time people of color. I feel i was over charged and definitely not recommending this place for anyone. Poor customer service for reals!! Im sn honest person.
