This place, in my opinion, is a scam. First the "Samsung Certified Tech" stated that the phone has "physical damage" (it's a new phone, never dropped or damaged). I explained that I don't see any physical damage and was there because of a black dot in the fold. He than checked my warranty and said "ok, no physical damage. You must file a claim or Samsung will not pay my store. I see this all the time. Your warranty expired last year because this is a Z-Fold 4." I asked, "How can my warranty be expired if AT&T just sent me this phone last month?" He stated, "Warranty is different. It begins when phone is turned on." I told the "Tech" "That makes no sense." His response was "You from India. I know this because you don't understand." THAT WAS WEIRD/RACIST. (A) I am not from India (B) I am Latino bread, born, and raised in the USA, and (B) What does race or country of origin have anything to do with Asurion sending me here, to ubreakifix by asurion, in Moreno Valley? I believe the "Tech" is just trying to get a bigger payday from Asurion. Be careful using this business, especially if you are from India. I don't think they like Indians.
REPLY TO THE OWNER RESPONSE: The cellphone problem was resolved by a different (5-Star) ubreakifix store. Unfortunately, your employee was in fact rude and racist. You have several cameras in the lobby of your store - review them. You have had several reports of an employee being rude and unprofessional on Google Reviews. If it is the same employee, maybe you should look into that. Your business only exists as long as consumers choose...
Read moreThis was the first time that I used the store at Moreno Valley.The guy told me ,he was gonna spend 6 hours to replace the screen , 🤨🤨🤨 I left the phone until the next day . When I pick up he said it was not ready because a new guy did not asked me for the unlocked code when it was the same guy, he made me wait for another 45 min that is ridiculous. The store in readlands was amazing even they replaced my battery when I have the same issue because it was already bad , this guy messed up with my mom's phone that I have to edit the settings again. Horrible place and horrible service they were just taking in the back when costumers not just me were waiting in the lobby ...Even he asked another costumer for the serial number of her phone and he said he can not get service or the serial number because the phone was dead he was not helping her when he can grab a charger and get it 🙄 are you serious? You don't even know who to get a serial number ? The lady was so stress out and he was just chilled in the back with his coworker .. we call him a few times to get his attention... DONT GO HERE YOU DESERVE...
Read moreI broke my phone and they repaired it the very same day. It wasn't the cheapest place in the area but the fact that they are certified and backed by Samsung is what lead me to choose them. The other few places I called seems very Unprofessional Like a swap meet booth. They didn't guarantee their work and you don't know what they are going to do with it when they take It's in the other places also needed 2 or 3 days to get it fixed and they use after market generic parts.I also don't personally trust anybody you anybody with the contents of my phone because I need it for work. The team at you break I fixed made sure I did not miss A-day of work. Plus the warranty on the parts. Also they replaced the battery and the speaker along with my broken screen they also fixed my charging port. It may have cost me a $100 more than another place nearby but the fact they replaced all of those parts I got the work and parts guaranteed and there's the safety and security of being backed by Samsung themselves.
