UPDATE 9/25/25 They say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth....WRONG!! By far, the Country Kitchen of Moreno Valley is. Not only is the food top notch but the service is as well. I've yet to have anything that is less than outstanding.

And Mo...let me tell you about Mo. Mo has to be the happiest, friendliest person I've ever met. If you are having a bad day, or something just isn't right....go see Mo. I bet in a minute your mood will soar, and he'll even feed you! Going to the Country Kitchen is like having a family dinner with your favorites ❤️

UPDATE 11/3/24 Just had another wonderful visit at Country Kitchen. You know you are in for an extra special visit when you see Mo and his gigantic smile. Victoria took great care of us and our favorite photo bomber, Eli, was there as well. Our food was delicious, cooked to perfection. Going to Country Kitchen is like going to a family reunion...with your favorite relatives ❤️

UPDATE 8/4/24 This time, we are on our way to Redlands to celebrate my parents 59th Wedding Anniversary. Food was awesome, as is the standard. Dad got his favorite, the biscuits and gravy... extra gravy. Eli was there to check us in, my wife recognized him as the one who photo bombed a picture of myself with Mo prior. Eli reminded me of Mo with his exuberance and totally fun, friendly attitude. Another completely satisfied visit.

UPDATE 3/13/24 On our way up to Redlands to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary....so of course we have to hit the Country Kitchen of Moreno Valley. As always, the food was excellent! So many things I want to try, but I can't get past the awesome meatloaf. We missed seeing you Mo❤️ Luckily, HAYDEE was there to hold up the high standards we are used to. Haydee is wonderful and sweet. First time meeting her and felt like we've known her forever. Country Kitchen, you can just feel the family love every time. Wish we lived closer ❤️

UPDATE 8/20/23 Just returned from 4 Days/3 Nights in Moreno Valley and we managed to squeeze 3 meals in at Country Kitchen ❤️

From pancakes to meatloaf to breakfast skillets to pot roast to fried pickles...have to say everything is delicious AND you most definitely will find something. Oh, Dad still cannot get enough of the sausage breakfast gravy...now his favorite way is over the pancakes.

As usual, Mo was awesome. His overflowing happiness is contagious. Brenda and Omar took care of us during our visits. Have to say, Country Kitchen has one of the best staffs we've ever experienced. Not only do you feel amongst friends, but family❤️❤️

UPDATE 3/9/23 We brought the parents up to Moreno Valley for a getaway, and the first stop was the Country Kitchen. Amazing food as always. Dad was blown away by the biscuits and gravy. Brenda took great care of us, recommending items and getting anything we needed. Mo, the owner, assisted and we had a wonderful talk with him. Everyone at Country Kitchen is so nice, you really feel amongst friends. ❤️ Taking my wife on a surprise overnighter to Moreno Valley...thought we'd try something new.

Enter the Country Kitchen restaurant. Comfort food in abundance here. We tried the Poutine...Fries, Cheese Curds with Brown Gravy. Wonderful. My wife had the Chicken Fried Chicken dinner, and I had the Roast Turkey Stacker. All amazingly delicious. We also got a piece of Pumpkin Cheesecake to go.

Rounding out our experience at the Country Kitchen was our server, Aliya. She was awesome, very friendly and attentive. Thank you Aliya for everything. We will...

Nestled in a small lot next to the Holiday Inn Express is Country Kitchen Restaurant in Moreno Valley, located on Day and Eucalyptus.

Country Kitchen serves all-day breakfast including other menu items such as burgers, ribs, etc. While I have yet to dine during dinner hours, I’ve enjoyed my experiences for breakfast.

I stopped by for breakfast today (Sunday) and it was quite busy. The waiting list was about 15 minutes. Thankfully, our party was called within the estimated time and we were finally seated inside.

This casual restaurant was packed and the music was fairly loud but not enough to drown the overwhelmingly loud chatter between patrons enjoying their breakfast. I actually liked this vibe because there were guests of all ages that seemed to have a good time.

Our server this morning was an energetic young man named Eli. He had a smile on his face, greeted us, and came back to take our orders. Yes, it was busy and all the other servers were busy, too, but I was impressed with the interaction that all the servers had between their tables. They were enthusiastic and friendly and just … happy! It was such a positive vibe to see these folks working hard and orchestrating a “Thank you” in unison as guests left the restaurant. Wow!

There were a bunch of offerings from omelettes to skillets and breakfast platters, and a fun kid’s menu (I had my little niece with me). We ordered: Tot Scramble - This is what I usually get and I like it because it has all my favorite breakfast items (eggs, avocado, bacon). The tater tots were a bonus. Plus it came with a side - of course, I chose pancakes which I gave to my niece. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. Biscuit & Gravy with Eggs - I tasted this and I really liked the bits of sausage in the gravy. The gravy itself was good but the black pepper flavor was prominent. The biscuit was soft, which reminded me of a less-crumbly version of KFC’s biscuit. Chicken Cordon Bleu Skillet - I actually thought this was the best dish we ordered. Although it had pieces of fried chicken, it was actually not salty. The flavors were well-balanced. Kid’s Mac & Cheese + Fresh Fruit - My niece circled the Mac and cheese and fresh fruit from her kid’s menu with crayons. To our surprise, when the order was brought to our table, it came with a side of fries. I’m not sure if that was a mistake or if it actually comes that way, but I did flag Eli to remind him of the fresh fruit. Regular and Decaf Coffee - Eli brought a coffee carafe to our table. I enjoyed the warmth of the coffee more than the flavor itself.

Country Kitchen has plenty of booths and tables in the main dining area, and they have a small outdoor patio with tables and chairs. They did have heat lamps used to warm the space.

The parking lot is small so you definitely have to take the first spot you see from within the plaza.

Overall, I really enjoyed the interaction I observed during today’s visit and Eli’s positive attitude and his customer service. I feel like the staff really set the bar high compared to other establishment. And the food...

My husband and I were at this Country Kitchen in Moreno Valley on Sunday, April 13 for breakfast. We had attended the Southern California Air Show at March Air Reserve Base on Saturday and were on our way to the March Field Air Museum and then home. We live in the Studio City area and spent the weekend in Moreno Valley.

Breakfast was SOOOOO good!!!!! I ordered the build your own omelettes that includes a four-cheese blend and added avocado, and tomato and I was very impressed the omelette arrived neatly wrapped up with avocado and finely diced tomato inside as well as on top as a garnish. I was impressed because I am from Los Angeles, have had many, many, many omelettes in L.A. restaurants and none were as perfectly made as this one. How an omelette is supposed to be – wrapped, not just folded over. And the taste was so good! There is no added spice, so you can spice to your taste with the salt and pepper, and that is just fine. All ingredients were fresh and tasted fresh.

Our server Ashley very helpfully asked if I wanted the hash browns, or the red cubed potatoes and I ordered the red cubed potatoes. Those were perfectly cooked and pleasantly spiced.

My husband ordered Eggs Benedict, which is his favorite. Ashley asked if he wanted the eggs fried or poached. Poached is what Husband ordered as that is traditional. Husband was very pleasantly surprised that the Eggs Benedict came out perfectly cooked!!!!! The sliced ham was nicely browned and the hollandaise sauce which can be difficult to make precisely also came out perfect!!!!!

The cooks are doing an amazing job!!!!!

Ashley, our server is very pleasant, very friendly and very helpful. In a comedic moment, Ashley told us she apologized that our food was taking a bit longer than expected, but then turned around and a food runner brought her the tray with our order on it. On this Sunday, the restaurant was full and busy, so we did wait for our order, but it was well worth it!

The staff is all very friendly, very helpful and very approachable. Moe, the manager was going around to tables and asking how everyone was doing with their food with a big smile on his face and was very happy in doing his job. Another manager, Noemi, came to ask us how we are doing and my husband asked about a glass of orange juice, what sizes and what size a table had across the room. Noemi told my husband what size orange juice it was, and my husband confirmed he wanted that orange juice. Noemi brought it to him immediately.

The restaurant is very clean, staff members keeping tables cleaned off as soon as customers got up to leave. The restrooms are very clean. The atmosphere had a very happy vibe.

GREAT JOB done by everyone!!!

Next time we are in Moreno Valley we will be returning to the Country Kitchen restaurant - already looking...

Next time we are in Moreno Valley we will be returning to the Country Kitchen restaurant - already looking forward to it!
