Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I ordered and paid online because this drive thru line wait time is always over 45 mins. After 20 mins, my phone alerted me via email that my order was ready. Then, I drove to go pick it up, which took an additional 5 min to get to the location. I got out my car, went to pick up my food l. Next, the lady came to the door, and confirmed my name on my order, but proceeded to say that it's done, but I'd need to wait in the drive thur because she could not hand me my ready order because she had no help. Confused, I said, "please, I ordered online, it's ready and I'm here, you are here plus that drive thur line is too long. She said, no.

After unsuccessfully trying to persuade her into showcasing customer service, and handing me my lunch order (it was only 1 item combo), I left to another fast food restaurant across the way. To add to my confusion, while waiting in the new line across from popeyes, I saw customers walking up to the popeyes door that I was just denied my paid order from, leaving with food bags. That was frustrating.

So of course I contacted Popeyes customer service line, unfortunately, I've been trying to get my refund and complimentary meal or something since January...

This is the worst Popeyes I have been too. The manager has horrible customer skills. My friend who is on crutches told her she wanted to change her side bcuz our meals hadn't been made. She turned her back to us and told Cameron to help us. Cameron and the cashier girl were the only 2 that seemed interested in being there besides the 2cooks(I believe) that were the back. The girl behind the stand where they keep the chicken was working. But another and the manger were having side conversations not pertaining the busy drive thru and lobby. They were out. If certain pieces of chicken. All the napkin holders were empty. They employees need to learn how to smile. The funny thing is...I was rushing to check them out and was all the way disappointed. I don't even live in Moreno Valley. It's just the closet Popeyes to me. My friend said she has came and there was a 30 min wait for chicken. The chicken we received was dry overcooked cold and chewy. My mashed potatoes and red beans and rice were cold also pile they had been sitting for awhile. It took us 45 mins to get our chicken. Everyone in the lobby was complaining. If u can go to another Popeyes go!!!! U will waste your money...

I went to this location around 8:30-8:45PM & as it didn't appear to be busy/there was no line in the drive-thru there was no reason why our order should have taken as long as it did. When we pulled up to the window, we told not one but 2 different people what sauces we wanted & at this point the line behind us started to grow. The woman who was the manager at the time seemed to throw us our food & didn't even listen when we said they never gave us the honey. I sent my sister inside to grab some & waited for over 10 minutes. I wondered what happened & walked in. The manager went on break & one of the workers acknowledged her presence but never actually tried to help her so she waited around for an available person who happened to be the cook. The cashier who should have helped her tried to intervene, but she declined (as she should have) & got help from the one person who should not have had to do it. The staff seemed to slack off once the manager walked out & this should not have happened. It shouldn't have taken nearly 20+ minutes to get some honey. They only get 2 stars because the food was good and I am...
