Lol I’ve Never written one of these but after reading these other reviews I had to.
A couple months ago at this location I was the only one in drive thru some time in the evening, and just order a single drink. I get to the window and a girl says “we’ll be right with you,” shuts the window and begins opening the cash till. 5 minutes go by and I see her talking with other baristas and I saw my drink was at the handoff. 5 more minutes go by as she’s counting out bills. I’m staring through the window at this point just shook! After 12 minutes the girl walks off the floor and out the front door. Then someone hands me my drink and I say to her “that was kinda lame of her” and she says “oh she’s off the clock”. I was just shook as hell I told her.
I said ???? This store allows their employees to come handle cash (she was tipping herself out) while off the clock and couldn’t even ask another barista to ring me up really quick as I was still the ONLY one there before she began that process. After being a supervisor at Starbucks for 3 years and being familiar with cash handling policy and hospitality I just was like I said, shook. There was also another time last year I went inside here, waited a while for my drink, ended up having to ask for a remake and they did it with a grudge and this was WHILE the store was having a supervisor meeting in the cafe next to the handoff. It actually really bothered me but I couldn’t be the person to go up to them during that meeting and tell them about the recent bad experiences I’ve had. Read moreI recently switched from Starbucks to this place because it is closer to where I live. At first, I thought it was OK and practical. I generally stop by twice or three times a day.. but this morning I stopped by for a pesto wrap with spinach and coffee. A few minutes later, I realized the coffee was really cold and not at all fresh. When I returned at night, I told the person who took my order (Miguel) what had happened, and his answer was, "Oh, we will make sure this doesn't happen again with attitude." When I got to the window and asked for the manager, the girl told me she isn't present and her name is April and was asked to call her next day... Seruously?!!
The worst part was when Miguel jumps out of nowhere at the window with a terrible attitude and asked for a morning receipt after I informed him I use the app.. he responded he cannot do anything without a receipt .. I wasn't not even asking for a replacement! So disappointing!!
April, it's crucial that you train those taking orders how to talk and handle customers!
Unfortunately I couldn't add another 0 star review so I'm editing the one I posted 2 months ago. Today I went again to the Coffee beans place. Ordered a coffee and waited like 15 min at the drive thru.. once I reached the window the girl tells me the apple pay is down and only accepting cash.. I told her I'm not carrying cash she said sorry. You guys are a big joke.

Read moreI became a coffee bean fan in such short time and now I find myself disappointed. It takes me 30 minutes all together to drive there and drive back to go back and ask for a refund let alone to have them fix my order. The young lady that took my ordered clearly, had a hard time paying attention. Not only did I order two white mocha ice blended while asking for oat milk on one of those. What I ended up getting was two mocha ice blended with no indication as to which beverage had the oat milk. At this point, I feel like I paid an extra dollar for maybe getting oat milk or not getting oat milk. I guess it’s the guess game, or stealing my money. In addition, while I order a double chocolate mocha latte and repeated to her how I wanted no whip, turns I got whip (after letting her know twice I wanted no whip). I have never had any issues here before with my drinks. Truthfully, it seems like the young lady was in a rush to taking orders. All the other young ladies have done a better job. Such a shame, I thought this place would have done better than Starbucks. I get it, there is always time in getting orders down and ready but it’s always about quality...
