Abdo market and restaurant — Local services in Morgantown

I used to love this place. They have so many things that i can't get elsewhere. Plus some of the employees are very nice. The problem however is a new employee. She's been there for a little bit now and i refuse to go in if she's working. She always seems to have an attitude and i can't get any help from her. One day my daughter needed help finding an item and this lady was busy getting some girls phone number and chatting. We asked where we could find something and she just pointed in the general direction while maintaining her conversation. I wanted to wait until they finished talking but they were still speaking as we left the store. There was a bunch of stuff that seemed a bit out of place and when we told the lady we could not find what we were looking for, she loudly proclaimed "well then we do not have it!".

My daughter ended up finding what she was looking for while on our way out of the store. We let her know that they did have it, it was just hidden behind other items. She just rolled her eyes.

During our road trip from Chicago to Washington, we stopped at Abdul's Market to pick up some gifts for my kids. The sales associate, a kind and humble young woman, made a lasting impression on us. Her warmth and helpfulness made our shopping experience truly special.

On our return trip to Chicago, we deliberately stopped by Abdul's Market again, solely to see her and bid farewell. We ended up shopping some more, largely thanks to her exceptional service.
