Not worth the money at all. Lots of rules & restrictions on usage of laundry, 2 treadmills gym & the so called common area. Beware of the property manager. he sold me a microwave & asked me to pay in cash, though I paid it he asked me if I paid him at all in the first place. Not a smoke free apartment but has full weed smell all the time on third floor. Lost 40% of my deposit after I vacated. Maintainence is terribly slow & is not worth the money at all. There r places that offer more amentities with quicker maintenance near Hill st. Incredibly noisy cleaning happens every noon in the parking lot and all the stove, fridge & oven...
