My contractor recommended that I go to Moe’s to purchase the fixtures for my three bathrooms. I met Gary B and I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience and how easy Gary made it for me to select all of the items needed from sinks, faucets, toilets, bathtub and medicine cabinets. I did my research and Gary made his suggestions on what he thought best for my needs. When I questioned him on his selections, he gave me a detailed explanation on his choices…..and every time I selected what he recommended. As I knew how busy they can get at times I was sure to make an appointment and Gary was on time and never did I feel rushed during our multiple meetings. Once items were ordered, Gary was sure to tell me the correct time for delivery dates. There were no glitches and I am extremely happy to recommend Moe’s not to mention – Gary is one of the most pleasant and best reps I have ever worked with. Well, after reading all the great reviews of this place, I wonder if I ended up at the wrong place because my experience was definitely not the same. My husband and I went in on a Saturday a few months ago to start getting ideas for our shower as well as a new faucet for our kitchen sink. Not one employee acknowledged us even as we wandered around looking fairly clueless for at least 30 minutes. There were a couple of interior designers that were being attended to but there were still a few other employees that weren't occupied.
