Oh wow! Everything we had here was several notches higher than we've gotten used to. The cold corn soup made me feel like I walked into an air-conditioned room on a hot day. It had a velvety texture and the taste was multi-layered, so complex I had to sit there and think about every bite. We also got the truffle fries, which were light and just crispy enough. The seared tuna was served over a dragonfruit salsa that was beautiful, but seemed like it would be sour - it wasn't. It was an amazing complement to the delicate fish. My husband got the shrimp n grits, which sounds unglamourous but which had an absolutely gorgeous presentation and was a creamy, flavorful treat. For dessert, it was a teeny little peach cobbler just the right size for sharing, clearly made with fresh peaches and with a delicate crumb crust. The cocktails were hilarious and did, in fact, pair with the food nicely. Through it all, our waitress, Natalie, was the perfect guide and steered us through a series of seemingly impossible choices with good humor and a ton of patience (I am not great at decision-making and, paralyzed with indecision, I left the choice of cocktail up to her - and she brought me a beautiful rosé concoction).

A friend of mine and I got together to get brunch. When I arrived I found parking nearby. I walked into a very cute restaurant. I found my friend and sat. Caroline was our server, and she was very nice. We started with the Irish coffee, and it was tasty but needed a little more whiskey, which Caroline gave. My friend didn't like hers so changed it to a different drink which she liked a lot. For our meals, I got the chicken and waffles and asked for no bacon. My friend got the veggie burger. When the food came out, it looked good. My friend said her veggie burger wasn't hot enough and not great. I thought the chicken and waffles were just ok. When I got to my last chicken piece, I noticed some bacon looking pieces and I got freaked out. They told me it wasn't bacon, but I did not want to take any risks especiallysince the originaldish is supposed to come with bacon. They gave me 1/2 off the dish, which I appreciated. All in all, our time was just ok.

this wasn't an enjoyable experience. inexperienced server, VERY long wait times for cocktails (the bartenders preferred to socialize and imbibe rather than prepare drinks for us), overcooked calamari (that's the worst), tacos that taste like cilantro tacos 😂 Where's the meat? and zero accompaniment. inconsistency plated, some with onions some sans. cold appy served on a hot plate empty glasses left on the table once we paid ZERO service - the water bottle wasn't filled, and that's when we really needed it . (tipped 25% too, so that was odd...oh yea, inexperienced server, riiiiight 😄) it was nice that someone turned the lights down finally because they were bright. but the noise level is so high that you really can't enjoy yourself. it was worth a shot

This is a cozy atmosphere with really good service and excellent food. The menu of tailored dishes is meant to be shared and works perfectly that way. We ordered a shaved brussel sprout salad, shrimp risotto, sesame seed wings and split the EoE Burger. They split the burger in the kitchen for us and brought it out on two plates cooked a perfect medium rare. It arrived at the same time as the wings followd closely behind by the salad and the risotto. The wings were cooked crispy, the risotto was not quite as creamy as I would have liked and a little tight, but there was excellent flavor. The salad was wonderful. The service was quick but not rushed, attentive but not overbearing and they knew the menu well. I'm looking forward to going back to try more dishes

The overall experience at End of Elm was incredible! We rented out the restaurant for 3 hours for an intimate retirement party. We had approximately 40 guests and the space was perfect! The staff were personable and very professional! The bartender made custom cocktails specific to everyone's individual requests. The appetizers were such a hit with all the guests! We had gluten free and vegan options too, perfect for all. Planning our party at End of Elm was very easy and efficient. Highly recommend this restaurant and their exceptional staff for any parties or gatherings! 5 stars!!

Had a great experience at End of Elm in Morristown. We ordered the steak and eggs and avocado toast—both were delicious. The cocktails were excellent, well-crafted and balanced. Our server (Caroline) was super friendly and clearly knew the menu well, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend stopping by, and we’ll be coming back for sure. We parked at the train station and walked over.
