Staples — Local services in Morristown

So the good stuff first, Chris in Printing is a gem. Always engaging and fun to connect with …and does an amazing job with any print jobs i need. The other people also do good work but Chris totally rocks. The people at the check out are also really pleasant and quick at what they do. So why the one star…the manager “Shawn”. He belittles the staff at any chance he can to show off his “Manager title”, it was embarrassing yesterday because not only did he yell at the team member but he also didn’t help the customer. A customer had a request that the kid wasn’t allowed to help with so he asked the Manager to come over. Eventually he did and then started barking orders telling the kid to go to the back of the store and find the assistant manager who was also helping another customer. Shawn also yells at you when he tries to sell you an extended warranty. I’ve bought two different printers in the past year and both times he became confrontational when i declined. He’s more interested in showing off his biceps in his skin tight red shirt than being pleasant let alone being a store manager. Just an awful...

I recently visited this Staples to laminate some documents, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff did not greet me upon arrival and failed to confirm the prices for the services I requested. Their demeanor was unfriendly; they spoke to me while facing away and did not show any kindness. At the end of my visit, they left my items on the counter without even looking at me to inform me that they were ready or to ask if I needed anything else. This made me feel very uncomfortable, to the point where I questioned whether it was a matter of discrimination or simply the employee having a bad day. Additionally, the lamination job was incomplete, as the edges were not trimmed, and I had to do that myself when I got home. Overall, this experience left much...

I don't usually write reviews, (good or bad), but I honestly, the Staples in Morristown truly stands out. Every time I go there, I have a great experience. The employees are friendly, and they go out of their way to help you, or find you an extra coupon. Also, the manager is especially helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable.

If you have questions about office supplies, need professional copies, or are unsatisfied with with a product you purchased, there always seems to be a reasonable solution. I truly walk away from the Staples in Morristown feeling like a valued customer, every time, and I go there a lot.
