I went with a friend who loves shopping here for lingerie. I will say the store had lots of selection and the prices are very reasonable. I did still buy some things because I wanted the lingerie itself but I have a sour taste in my mouth after the customer service and environment of the store. However, I docked a few stars because I was really disappointed in the way the staff interacted with us. Their tone of voice and attitude did not make me feel welcome in the store. Especially when every single staff member kept emphasizing how they closed at 5 pm (it was 4:30). I honestly would have walked out of the store if I had not been with my friend who swears by their lingerie and the fact that I really wanted to buy lingerie today. As a first time customer, the service I received left me feeling more like a nuisance. Below are some more details about how my time went. I was interested in getting a bra fitting and I asked about it, they said I better do it quick if I want to be fitted because it takes awhile and we close at 5 (yes Iām very aware already). I wasnāt quite ready to go get fitted though. They even commented that it was going to be $25 to just be fitted unless I buy a bra so I asked if I still buy something else would they fit me and the answer was no, unless I buy a bra, Iād have to pay $25. I decided to just focus on shopping on other lingerie instead of bras. I found some things and then used the fitting rooms to try them on. The thing that probably made me feel the most uncomfortable is when one the sales people peeked her heard into my fitting room without any warning. I went into the store 3 weeks before my final fitting to get the corset, but white wasn't in stock. Not a problem, because they assured me I had plenty of time and that it would be restocked in a few days. They assured me that I would get a call when it was ready for pick up. Of course being distracted with the wedding, I realized a week before my final fitting that I never received a phone call. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes before the woman told me she would have to get back to me and that she "promised" I would hear from her by the end of the night. Never heard from her (very unprofessional) so I called the next day. Was put on hold again only to find out that the item was backordered, which is why they never called me in the first place. After explaining to this new woman my situation and that this was for my final fitting, she decided to call the vendor and would get back to me. I did hear from her in a few minutes and she assured me the vendor was going to rush ship it to the store and I would hear from them in 2 days to pick up the corset. The 2 days have gone by, never received a call or status, nothing. My final fitting is in 2 days. Fortunately enough Amazon Prime has the corset in stock and will deliver in time. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was very disappointed in the customer service after my recent purchase. I had a fitting and was very happy with the person who helped me. She was great providing various options. After trying multiple bras, I bought one bra that fitted me well and was comfortable. When I got home, I removed the tags to put on the bra and saw that on the center of the right cup there was a little black nub in between the fabric and the foam cover which I did not see earlier and I was not able to remove it at home. I took the bra back to the store 4 days after my purchase to exchange it. They took the bra to the back and came back 10 minutes later to tell me that they removed the nub. When I looked at the bra, the black nub was still there except it is now lower down on the cup instead of on the center. I asked if they would exchange the bra. They told me that they will have to take pictures and send it to the vendor to see if they would allow for a return. I really needed this bra to wear since my other bras are not suitable due to a recent lumpectomy. So I asked if they would give me a new bra and keep the defective one until the vendor approves the exchange. I was told they can not take it back since I have removed the tags and they do not have another bra in inventory. I will not be returning to this store.
