Just visited this store for the 1st time, and it will be my last. Made a purchase at the register of Kratom pills but noticed as i was standing at the register I got the wrong dosage (it was too low). Asked to exchange the item for the stronger one that i meant to purchase and I would pay the difference. He wouldnt accomodate me, pointing to a sign that said no exchanges, even though I didnt even take 1 step away from the register. I said i cant just buy the more expensive one and pay the difference? Its not like i opened it or even left the premises. Nope, no leigh way, even though it was my first time in the store and not knowing their products or policies. Well because they couldnt make this simple accommodation, they lost a potential regular customer that spends over $1k every week in smoke shops. I will gladly take my business down the street to Smokes and More where the owner is Much more accommodating, and I recommend the same thing for everyone else as well. Not to mention they also have better selection, better prices, but most importantly the owner works with you if u were to make a simple error. Valuable lesson in business, first impression of customer service can make or break keeping or losing a customer(s) forever. There is never a second, first impression. Not to mention what could of been numerous word of mouth referrals. Smokes and More down the street is the best smoke shop in town....

I travel for work. It was late at night and I was looking for something to bring home for my 3 year old daughter. Not many options around late at night. I went into the shop for a redbull to help with the early flight. I asked the gentleman at the shop if he knew of places I could go. He said everything was closed. He then proceeded to look through the shop to find anything he could that a 3 year old would like from his shop. He found several things and tossed them in a bag and said “it’s on me”. You don’t see that much anymore and it meant a lot. He was very respectful and caring. He made all of Jersey stand out in a positive light with that interaction. What a great guy.

Also if I was in the market for what he typically sells I’m sure I’d find it there. Lots of product and clean. Thank you my guy! You make Jersey look good to an outsider that’s never been.

Big shoutout to Ali & CJ. They are two respectable gentlemen of whom offer friendly service & passion for business. These guys work really hard. I work at Homestead nearby & one time I was coming home to see these dudes still working at 230am, only to see them again the next day during the big Morristown festival running the shop.

Sam trained these guys well & it shows. They have great products & will take care of you. Be sure to ask them about their loyalty...
