I was excited when this store opened ; not anymore ; Felicia was rude and condescending from the start , I had bought a pair of sorrel sandals which are known to be good fashion shoes , I had tucked them in my closet waiting to wear them for an event at work ; I barley wore them when the top part snapped off while I bent down to pick something up @ wk, I thought I didn’t have the receipt but knew also they could pull up the receipt with the card ; this lady made me feel like I was in the way and burdening her ; they would not honor anything even though it was more of a manufactured defect , the store manager Melissa was tipped off by Felicia and was also like talking to a robot , reiterating the very terrible return policy ;I will never shop here again not worth the disrespect and lack of costumer service ; I also heard the way she talked to the sales associates; I believe it is awful to work for this team , good luck yall , very very rude and made me feel like a thief, she also pulled up the receipt which low and behold had them on their that she lied to me the first time I went in and clearly knew and was letting me fumble through all my cards to see if it was on another card ; , I went home and found the recipet that she had deemed the item was not on , anyways I went back with the receipt and would not honor my purchase ; still nothing but obstinate horrible customer care; you have lost a...
Read moreThis is not like a Nordstrom department store. The store and inventory is disorganized and products and sizing are all over the place. Customer Service feels like they couldn't care less. In the end, I bought a few gifts and I made a beauty product purchase that I tried to return. Their policy is no returns on beauty products. They don't tell you but there's a sticker on the checkout counter that you would never notice unless someone pointed to it. When I told them I wouldn't shop there again, the cashier was a smart aleck and the manager said "okay." There isn't anything in there that's special. Read moreThey make returns very difficult if you don't have the receipt, despite their policy stating that they are able to lookup your purchase by providing them the credit card, their system was unable to lookup a purchase that happened only 8 days ago. The cashier looked at me like there was nothing else that could be done, but I persisted and contacted their manager who looked up the transaction, and found the non-itemized version of the receipt and then said she couldn't do anything because she didn't know what was purchased. I was forced to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. I believe the bank will side with me because all of the items are in perfect condition and still have their tags on.
