I was out of state on Black Friday and went into the store in the state I was in. I have recently lost about 70 pounds and was desperate to get new bras and really wanted to get some good Black Friday deals! The store measured my size, I tried on a couple of different sizes and ended up purchasing 2 of the same style bras in different colors. After wearing the bras for a few days...I was having an issue with my breasts falling out of the bottom of my bras, I was continuosly having to stuff the girls back in from the bottom! I went into the Morrisville location, explained my predicament, I was told that I had been measured incorrectly and that the band size was too big. I was immediately remeasured and put in a fitting room and brought multiple different styles and sizes. FINALLY found the new perfect bra for me! The 2 ladies in the store were so helpful and kind! They literally took the bra I had been wearing, looked up my receipt, returned it and put the credit to my new purchase! She was helpful in telling me about specials but very quickly became overbearing, with no exaggeration, she interrupted me shopping by saying, "megan, did you see this or know this" 20 times. I never want to hear my name again. Im polite and treat people with respect as I've worked retail and she's just a person trying to earn some money- I've been there, but I eventually threw my hands up and said I'm trying to shop thank you, as it had become excessive and disruptive. I couldn't wait to get out of there. None of the bras fit me well enough for me to fork over my money and she insisted that I needed to be measured and needed to look at these other bras. I had a gift card credit of $46. I spent $81 online on two items (a $41 robe and $34 cardigan, plus tax), using $35 of my own money via credit card. Upon returning the cardigan in store the first sales representative mis-keyed the return which in turn required the transaction to be voided and I had to make arrangements to come back on another day to make the return once the system recognized the voided transaction. Ultimately the sales representative later that week issued a gift card rather than a credit to my credit card for the $34 return.
