Firstly, I have been a big supporter of Clean Juice since I have been working in Cary for the last three years. I have also had Clean Juice host events for my team and I several times and HATE having to leave a 2-star review, however I am quite irritated since my last visit in June with the purchase of the Yummus bowl. I ordered the Yummus bowl as is; when walking in, there was another female that was waiting, then I ordered and then another young lady after me that ordered a smoothie. I watched the woman before me leave and I watched the women after me leave, while Im still waiting on my Yummus bowl. The young man that took my order looked at me several times and after 15 minutes, looks at me and says "OMG I'm so sorry, I forgot your order" in which I took the bowl and then left - The bowl had no dates since they ran out, and the dressing I wanted they also had out of stock - When I got back to my job, I opened up the lid and noticed that there was a lack of lettuce in the bowl - Because I am a Manager, I wanted to respectfully have a conversation with the store manager, which wasn't in, so I spoke with Shaun Stokes, the current Franchise owner. I gave him all of the details and was assured that I would receive a credit on my account for my next visit from the Yummus bowl. Today, I happened to want an Acai Bowl, so I go in, I ask for the coffee acai bowl and asked to use my credit that Shaun assured I would receive. The young lady could not locate the credit on my account, asked me if I had the app, which I do and showed her my history and said " I'm sorry its not there." I went ahead and paid for the bowl, $16.03 today. Because I am GF I asked to have the granola removed and to add extra banana and almond butter. As I am leaving, she says here you go. I arrive to my office to see that she did NOT give me any extra banana that I asked for. At this point, the inconsistency at this location is enough for me to leave this review and non-supportive of this location. The owner failed to deliver on his word for the credit, (which isn't about $) its about doing the right thing and coming through with your customer and the staff that are at this facility do not have proper customer service etiquette nor care about the customers coming in....
Read moreI would like to say that the Clean Juice product is excellent! My first experience was at the Greensboro location in Friendly Center and that location is extraordinary with customer service and product. My first experience at the Morrisville Park West location was on 12/17/17 and I did not have the greatest experience. I really planned on not returning. The issue on 12/17/17 was poor customer service and the fact that all of my favorite cold pressed juices were entirely sold out. I say that I had poor customer service because the employees said that they would not have the cold pressed juices for two weeks. This was surprising since the one in Greensboro always keeps plenty of these stocked and if they are out they will make more for customers.
Since I like the product so much and my teenagers like them too, I decided to give them one more chance. I was pleasantly surprised to see that although only two days had passed that they restocked the Cacao Milk, Cashew Milk Latte, and Sweet Greens, which are some of my family’s favorites. I was a bit disappointed to see that they still did not have the Matcha latte cold pressed juice; however, when I asked the employee was so nice to say that they were making more. I must say that the employees this time where much more customer service oriented and I was pleased with their service. It just goes to show the difference that good, customer service oriented employees can make in a business. Everyone working on the afternoon of 12/19/2017 was truly delightful! I will be coming back to this location. For this reason, I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because people should always give feedback on the good experiences just as much as the negative ones. Read moreOrdered delivery from here. I usually love this place but my bowl arrived like this, completely melted, spilled all over the bag and with ingredients missing. I called the store and the person I talked to was super defensive and was like “well I’ve only made one green bowl today and my team members can attest that I put banana and granola and cinnamon in there I’m not calling you a liar or anything but I made the bowl correctly” like ok? that’s not what I called for nor did I call to place blame. I just wanted a refund or the bowl resent. I get sometimes things can get melted in delivery however this is not the first time I’ve ordered from here and my bowl has NEVER arrived like this and has always had the ingredients on the top (as portrayed on the menu). And on top of that, I’m looking at other pictures under the reviews and the bowl is supposed to have at least some ingredients at the top.Granola at the very least. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and fish around the bowl for ingredients within the bowl but nothing, completely liquid, no granola, no banana, and definitely was no cinnamon in there which I added on. Smh. I’m not even comfortable going there with the attitude I received on the phone this morning. Conversation was very condescending.
