Starbucks — Restaurant in Moscow

A few days ago I went to this Starbucks after having to put my best friend of 10yrs down. I hadn’t eaten in almost 2 days and I was absolutely a mess. I decided to stop and get something with sugar to put in my system. These baristas. Let me tell you. They made me cry. Not in a bad way. But because they were SO kind! They literally made me feel so loved and I was showered with so much compassion. They gave me my drink for free and even a cookie and gave me their condolences. I could hear them all saying how sorry they were for me. They went above and beyond to help me through my sadness. I hope whoever is the manager or owner of this Starbucks truly appreciates their employees. They are amazing. They made me smile on one of the worst days of my life. To each employee that day, thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. The encounter might have been less than 10 minutes. But I will remember your kindness....

I have a really touching experience here and it really made my day, have been struggling with my moms suicide and opiate death and some injuries a concussion and my step mom sent me a gift card but the money didn’t go on it and so I went here to get a drink but could not. So they made me a drink anyway and it really made my day, I was exceedingly moved, because it has been a hard few years. And I think it’s really amazing customer service to just do a random act of kindness for someone, because the world can be not always super nice. And I left here super happy. So thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart, and it was the most amazing turmeric ginger concoction I’ve ever had. Will be back...

My drink was terribly watered down, and I asked for extra caramel and paid the extra $0.60 and there was less than going to any other Starbucks for the normal price. It took way longer than it should have to get my drink because no one was in line in front of me, and then I had to go back in because it tasted like they filled it over half way with water and I exchanged it for a tea. Again way watered down. Will not be back, I understand it is a college town but paying $5 for a drink is expensive, and that means I want it right the first time. The service was alright when I went through the first time and was great when I asked to exchange it, the only reason I gave two stars. Will...
