Got my wedding ring here and both of our wedding bands. When we got my husband's wedding band we were talked out of the insurance plan and found out later we should have gotten it. We also had to send in his ring to get a new size and originally were told about 3 weeks. Time went on and we did not hear anything so we called to check the status were told they would look into it and then didn't hear back. This jappened about 7 more times and it was not until I emailed their corporate email that I was able to get anything done. The band was still not the correct size but we were told we still had to give them the ring before they would make a new one(which doesn't make sense because the are making a new ring and we could just trade when it got in. Anyways our wedding was coming up and so we did not get it resized because we were told we could easily get it switched out once we moved to everett because they had a location there. Fast forward to a few days before our wedding and I learn that the everett location has closed even though we were told a few months prior that they were open and clearly rhey have been closed for at least a year now. So now we will have to drive multiple hours to get anything g done with our rings when we should have taken care of our needs before moving not only once but minimum twice to drop our jewlery off and pick it up. I ended getting rings for me and my girlfriends anniversary of 3 years which I had to custom order one through their manufacturer. No big deal I was told a date that it would be the LATEST it would get here. My girlfriend's ring was ready in time since they only had to sent it out for resizing but I got a call 2 days after the due date of mine that my ring wouldn't be ready for an unknown time because the silver used to make it aas on backorder...WHAT?? I would have NEVER decided to go with that option if I was told at all that this was a possibility!! No composition was given of any kind and not even a sincere apology... Which makes me upset since the lady that helped me out was so helpful, when making the SALE. Customer service became just a 0/5 for me. So I had to buy an extra pair of earrings for my girlfriend to give her with her ring which they loved, shocker. Anyways it's 3 weeks after the due date of my ring they have yet to give me any estimate time of when it'll get her and have completely shown they most likely only care about selling you something... don't take their advice when it comes to...
