I don't purchase jewelry very often. In fact my last purchase from Marion's Jewelry was back in 1995. I purchased a beautiful gold class ring from them which I still have to this day and have been very happy with it since then. I chose to buy my ring from Marion's because they offered far better quality jewelry than the company selling the class rings at school or anywhere else for that matter. I remember the kind, patient and helpful people from back then and the superior quality of their jewelry so when I wanted to buy a silver necklace and cross pendant I decided to go back to them. When I entered the store I was warmly greeted by a young lady named Beasley. I sat down on one of their comfy chairs and asked if they could help me find a silver necklace and cross pendant. She was very helpful, respectful, kind, and patient and she went through the process of helping me find the perfect pieces for me. They ordered my choices and had them for me when they said they would. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Will Marion, owner of Marion's Jewelry. I bought an old Invicta watch that needed a new battery. Will replaced it to no avail. The watch wouldn't keep time. He replaced the battery a second time, at no charge to me by the way. The watch still wouldn't keep the correct time. For a third time, he tinkered with the watch and replaced the battery again and voila, success! The watch now keeps perfect time. Again, no charge to me! Today I stopped by to have him fix the watchband on the same watch, which he did with a smile. Again, no charge to me. With many businesses today, service is a thing of the past. Will worked diligently with my husband and I to pick out a diamond ring for our anniversary. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the quality and was excellent at helping customers understand what is individually important to them when it comes to picking out their diamond.
