Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Airy

Well let's start from beginning I've just got off phone with customer service which they were great. So let's start. I understand your busy but this is what happened. Went through drive through ordered what we wanted and was told it would be 20 min. No biggie that's great went and done a few things while I waited came back 28 minutes later and the cashier said one item was not made it they was making it now no problem. I ask to see the manager the cashier said hes in the bathroom. An hour later just remember this was after the 28 minutes so he came out and said that they did not make one of the items if I wanted something different than what I had ordered.REALLY.. I said just refund me what u can't make. I was told that they had to refund the whole thing after that I ask to see the manager again this was 20 minutes later and cashier said he is still in bathroom. I said really. U know when u look back in kitchen and the employees playing around and dancing hugging each other you know the manager is not doing his job. I thought well it's pretty bad when the manager hides in bathroom instead of watching his employees and making sure everything runs smoothly. We'll when district manager calls me IF HE DOES. I will update this but you can bet I will never order there at that location ever again... Very poor management. Very sad to see a business run...

I've been doing business with Little Caesars in Mount Airy for several years, and the place has truly gone downhill lately! Today my girlfriend and I wanted to order a pizza and learned that the lobby was closed and they would not answer phone call orders. You had to order online, or no pizza! So we decided to go plain and easy, just order an extra most bestest, and when we picked it up, it was very disappointing to say the least! It had nearly no pepperonis on it, virtually no cheese, a little tomato sauce, and when we tried to return it, they claimed that's the way they've always made them! Well, I've bought way more than a dozen extra most bestest pizzas over the years, and what we got today was not even close to what I've been purchasing over the past several years. To be very honest, it wasn't much more than tomato paste flavored bread!!! I don't know what they're doing, or why they're doing it, but if they continue to make and sell pizzas like what they sold us today, they won't be in business much longer! And they shouldn't be in business much longer. I'm that disappointed with this pizza, and I'm even more disappointed that they wouldn't take it back when we complained about the poor quality! If the same people that made this pizza clean the restaurant, the health department probably needs to inspect this place! Personally, I won't go...

If i could give this place a big ZERO I would without hesitation. I understand the whole theory of you get what you pay for, but this store is absolutely absurd. Pulled into the driveway at 4 pm on a wednesday, fully expecting the line. No issue there. Placed my order at 4:20, and was prompted to pull forward and wait for my crazy bread to be cooked. I did. I sat there for 30 minutes, after about 10 minutes i see other customers walking out with crazy bread and leaving the drivethru behind me with the same bread i was supposedly waiting on. So i go inside and inquire about my order to be greeted with "oh you shouldnt have had to wait that long." Simply put, i was totally forgotten about even though my car was entirely visible from the counter where i was instructed to wait. Food was burnt and only halfway cut regardless of the wait. Do yourself a big favor, take the couple extra bucks and go to Papa Johns or Dominos because this place doesnt care about you, its food, or the slack excuses for the employees on its payroll. There is a drastic need for change at this store and you alone are ruining the name of Little Caesers for...
