I took 3 different sets of clothing and shoes on 3 different dates in January. Specified that I would like my unused items returned on the first drop off. At the time of the second drop off, I asked about the first set, and was told they had not been checked yet. Waited another week, and called the store to find out if my returns were ready. I was told this time that the owner, Melissa was not in and they would have her contact me. I had another small bag of clothing I brought to them, and asked again about my previous drop-offs. They did finally call the next day for me to pick up some returns, but it only included the items from the day before. When I asked about my other two sets of clothing, the employees were uncertain about the status of my items. Fast-forward to February 15th, the payment date. I called to ask, once again, and was told all my return items had been donated in early January after the owner claims to have called twice and left two messages. No calls or messages were received and no attempt to contact me in any other form happened before they made an irreversible decision with...

This is a thrift store offering used name brand and fad clothing...I had a somewhat difficult time locating the store and parking was a challenge..the store is packed with a variety of clothes with much of the merchandise being for juniors...the clothes were in excellent condition and priced fairly ranging from American Eagle to Victoria Secret PINK to Nike. I was in the store for a good hour and never once approached by the clerk o r offered any help until checkout. Used to be a great store. Everyone now is super rude, and think they’re better than everyone. Brought clothes in months ago, called ahead of time was told they have to be folded nicely.. folded nicely, owner went through my clothes and threw them all over the store floor in 1 minute. Didn’t even look at them good, and threw my clothes back in the box. Didn’t have respect towards my...
