I had my first shopping experience at your store on February 3rd 2024. I was looking to purchase a new mattress. Your sales representative, Becky was there to greet us at the door. I told her that I had had knee surgery, and couldn't walk fast or far ! So she took me the shortest way to look at some mattresses. They say the first choice is always the best, and I really liked the Serta memory foam that we looked at and tried out. Being the thoughtful sales agent that she was, she also showed me some other brands with varied prices. My son, and I looked and tried each and every one. However my heart was set with the Serta that I saw first. So that's what I went with. I would like to say how sweet and helpful that Becky was. I worked in customer service for 17 years, and I always expect the service that I used to give. Becky fit the bill 100 percent ! Great people. Only complaint is due to recent economic and financial restraints have been unable to make a full monthly payment. They do not accept half payments.
