Since they opened their door they've quickly risen to be the pinnacle of fast food. Good quality and EXCELLENT service and they're bar-none when it comes to costomer service....except last Saturday evening our family came through the drive through and the black guy working the window was hanging out of the window like he wasn't at work. When we got home we realized we were missing the forks and ketchup we needed and part of the order was not right, I called and the sweet woman on the phone apologized. So I drove all the way back over to get the correct food. When I first pulled up to the window he handed me the bad, didn't apologize or even acknowledge me. I had to wait till he quit joking and talking with coworkers to ask for a couple of ketchups, to which he tried to hand me like 20 or so of those huge packs, and said "just two, thanks". He rolled his eyes and darted away from his post again and made me wait a couple or so more mins to tell him we did not get the forks for our mac & chez earlier. So he reluctantly got a fork and as he handed it to me I reminded him I needed 2, one for each mac & chez. He got an attitude and said "for real!?! You need ANOTHER fork?!?". When he got the 2nd fork he slung it into my car and gave me a strong hateful look. I was so upset that I just pulled over and called and spoke witha female who was the manager on duty and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do for me. I told her I would love it if they would have a talk with him and find away to adjust his poor attitude. It's very unbecoming of Chick-fil-A, especially this location. I just want that taken seriously. Teach him a number of manners and learn that customers come first and regardless of the situation, we are a big priority. Without customers, there's no business. I thoroughly appreciate you taking the time to read this and take all of the above into...
Read moreMe and my family love going to this Chick-fil-A. It always has great food and the employees are super nice. One thing they need to fix though is the lemonade it is always very watery. I went there this morning and had a bad experience first of all the cashier didn’t give me my change back. My total was $12.31 and I gave her $20.31 so I kept waiting to see if maybe she forgot and accidentally shut the drawer but She never said anything about it so I seen the manager and I said can I please get my $8 back because your cashier did not give me my change and so the manager gave it to me. Well then me and my kids go to the restroom and when we were fixing to come back out of the restroom an employee comes flying in and almost hits my newborn baby in the head with the door. She didn’t even say sorry or even try to hold the door open after she done it, she just rushes in the bathroom with her clothes and shoes in her hand. Oh yeah and one more thing I don’t understand is I go there almost every day and get a large frosted strawberry lemonade with whip cream and nobody on the dayshift even the managers don’t charge me for the whip cream every time I go there in the afternoons I get charge for whip cream and I even said something one time to the afternoon employees and showed them receipts from where I come in the morning’s and never get charged for it and they said well there’s nothing we can...
Read moreWe are loyal customers at Chick-fil-A in Mt Airy Nc. A couple of days ago the sandwiches we received were fatty and greasy, not at all what you expect from this restaurant. Tonight my husband went back to order our dinner, as he placed our order the employee taking the order informed him they were out of frys, he did not offer to cancel the order and my husband was stuck in between other cars with no way to get out of line. The associates proceeded to give him chips rather than frys, to the tune of $3.58. I did not want chips and had plenty at home. The order total was $19.62 for a couple sandwiches and bags of potato chips. I find this to be bad business, there was no offer to discount or cancel the order. We frequent this location often and I am terribly disappointed in the service or lack there of we received tonight. The meal was not what I was expecting or what I ordered, I am extremely disappointed in the operator Chad Tidd, and will not be giving business to an establishment that doesn’t keep enough inventory and then simply throws in bags of very expensive potato chips. I prefer to shop local, but I will not return to this location. Very unprofessional and at a time most are ordering takeout, I feel we did not get our $’s worth or what we ordered. Goodbye Mt Airy...
