Went by tonight to order a cookout tray for myself, chicken nuggets and a large fry for my kids. Get to the window. Pay and get my order and drive off. And knowing from previous experience I always drive around the building and park to check my order. And 90% of the time something is either not right or left out. This time it was the large fry I had ordered that got left out. I also noticed that everything was just drenched in grease. The styrofoam boxes, the receipt, the bags, and the napkins they had given me. I had my two kids with me so it's not like I'm going to get out and walk up to the window to tell someone. I shouldn't have to. So I get back in line wait for everyone else to get their orders before I can get mine fixed. When I got to the speaker they asked to take my order I stated that I was coming back through because my large fry got left out of the bag. In an aggravated tone the girl said to pull around. When I got up to the window she acts like I'm an idiot. So I have to explain the situation all over again. She turns to talk to someone else and hands me a bag she had sitting by the window. Just a "here ya go" no I'm sorry or anything. When I received it I looked in and it was a regular fry not a large and it wasn't barely full. I tried to get her attention but she never turned back around. So I drove off. The customer service sucks, the people working do not care. And honestly I feel sick from all the grease after eating there. Do they not drain anything after frying it? So frustrated. Oh and also my styrofoam food box was melted from the onion rings grease. Read more10/10 do not recommend. We stopped on our drive home to order food. Brianna, the girl taking our food order was rude and very unprofessional from the beginning. Upon order our food, my boyfriend proceeded to ask where we pick our food up from. Brianna, pointed to window beside her and with such attitude said “Right there! I’ll call your number when it’s ready.” While my father was ordering his food, he proceeded to ask what the difference was between a plate and tray and what the bbq plate consisted of. Brianna explained that she was new and didn’t know, which is understandable, but never made any effort to find out what it was my father ordered. When my father explained to my mother that he was unsure what he had just ordered, Unpleasant Brianna yet again rudely spoke and said “I explained to you already and you wasn’t listening to me. You have an attitude, or are you having a bad day?” My father then proceeded to ask for her manager. Brianna replied “How old are you?” The manager eventually came over and was of no help. My father asked for the corporate number and was told that it was on his cup. When he asked for her name (the manager), she refused to give it and said to call corporate. Read more1st time here. Drive-thru service was not pleasant. The girl taking order was rushing, I was looking @ your combos. She was very rude to say the least. She only got the hb. I pulled up and there were a couple or 3 faces staring at me. So, I explained I was a first timer. They didn't care was the expressions. Finally I asked what they had for my order, just the hb. I reordered, and received my food. I paid, and asked for napkins please amd ketchup, she said ..we don't have any...I said ok...then I'll need a refund please. She quickly pulled the wi down shut. She did bring 1 little pkt of ketchup, I told her I had a combo and we'd need at least 3 pets. Again, rude looks, now 2 people staring at me. I again advised just give my mo ey back here's ur stuff. She gave it back and slammed the window..AGAIN. HOPE YOU GUYS CAN.DO BETTER THAN.THIS IN THE FUTURE FOR UR CUSTOMERS. ( I did suggest they advise people of what.they were out of so that we, the customer could make our decision whether or ot we wanted to co tinge with our order.
