Absolutely awful. I'm a brunette and now I have highlights that look like a blonde bumblebee. My appointment was at 3:15pm I got there at 3:10, I waited patiently for over an hour. Then finally, I get back there with the hairdresser and I showed the hairdresser a picture of what I wanted and it turned out nothing like I wanted. I showed a picture of a brunette with beautiful well blended highlights and it was cut a little above shoulder length. When she was finish with my hair, it looked like a striped bleach blonde and she cut it way shorter than it was supposed to be. When got home I noticed that she didn't even highlight it all the way to my scalp. I WAS THERE FOR ALMOST 4 HOURS!! I went down the next day and politely asked for my money back and owner said that there were no refunds and said that they could fix it. I did not want my hair to be further destroyed. This is the only place I have went in the last three years to cut my hair, and I have had a different stylist every single time. Even though they all still work there!!! Not once have I ever left unhappy!! The owner always checks in making sure everyone is happy and satisfied. I wanted to get blue streaks and even though he was losing money by telling me not to, because I have been using box dye for over 20 years he didn't care, my hair was more important than a few more dollars!!! He truly does genuinely care about all his customers and staff!!!
