If you want to shop in a store where you are going to be followed around like a shop lifter, this is your store! My mother, 74, myself, 47, and my 17 year old daughter, all well dressed and ready to spend some money on my birthday, were totally insulted by the employees in this store. We left and spent our money at several other shops down the street, Papillo, Love Home and Harmony, Cozy Nest, and Ivy Boutique to name a few. We were greeted and treated with great kindness. Don’t waste your time being treated like a thief instead of a customer at this place! And to the owners, all you are accomplishing is losing a sale! This employee sent around to follow us did not even speak to us. So there was no intention to “help” us, just being sure we weren’t...

I was there in December 4 I was just walking and I wanna Look around the store and buy a gift if I see some thing I like it the moment I walk into the store the owner salt and pepper hair saw me and when I walk to the back when when I turn around I saw the owners sending employee to walk with and check on me entire the store I am the only Black person there I was very sad my family supposed to go there for holiday after this happened they’re not gonna shop there and I’m adopted and my family is white maybe if there with me The situation be different I know someone ex-employee told me when somebody’s not dress good she does that to but that is not right they shouldn’t call it black swan if they are not well...

I purchased a martini mixer and didn’t use, because I found a glass one for 19.99 at Target. When returning less than 30 days from purchase, I was denied return. Apparently the owner is not flexible and 14 days is 14 days. I am a local and will never frequent this store again. Overpriced for sure and won’t even help...
