The customer service is excellent. They always have exactly what I want to buy and if it isn't in stock, the manager is more than happy to order the items for you. The store is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. It is very nice to have an actual Warhammer store so close to where I live without having to go to a different game store only to be disappointed by the lack of...

Good selection of Games Workshop items. From Warhammer to Warhammer 40k they probably have what you need. They didn't have everything due to my visit being right after Christmas but, that is to be expected. Melissa was super helpful in helping me make my selection after nearly 2 decades out of the hobby. They weren't pushy at all during sales like some other GW stores...
