You pull up at the drive-through and the first thing they wanna do is know your name. I think she was so shocked that I didn’t give my name that she didn’t even listen to my order correctly. I didn’t come up there to make friends. I just wanna get my food and pay for it . I don’t need to give you my name, i’m sure you can manage to track the order from the speaker to the window without my name . For the 3rd time they choose not to listen to me when I requested my bacon,sausage,egg wrap to be extra toasted. Cold uncooked bacon in the middle… yum… I had to throw half of it away…. I don’t order anything else. I just ordered the one food item and they can’t get the one food item right. I won’t be back… the McDonald’s across the street has great food and has never messed up my order once. Maybe they should quit worrying about what your name is and worry about what your order is…… Against my better judgment I decided to go back another day, and she actually said she would not take my order. If I did not give her my name which I don’t understand because when I go to the window to get my food they don’t ask my name again to make sure I’m getting the right food. What is the big deal with the name? I’m not doing it. Not at a Drive thru. So when I came to the window and asked them to explain to me why they needed my name just to order something at the drive-through the manager came over and got snooty with me and slammed the window closed...
Read moreI know in the past, that I’ve had a problem with my Starbucks Frappuccino being frozen. So, I didn’t go back there for a while and was almost convinced to myself to not go back there again. However this time I went here just to give it another shot to see if anything has changed since I was there last. I’m so thankful that it did, service was amazing 🤩. The Cashier was Amy she needs to be recognized for her excellence in fantastic service also explaining the difference between a Cameral Frappuccino and a Cameral Frappuccino Mocha. I thought all this time this was the same thing, but she said it was 2 different orders and it was no issue, she was extremely nice also polite. I ordered a Cameral Frappuccino, it was really good. Loved the flavor and how it tasted!! I’m happy to say that this Starbucks is back on track. I would like the owner and the Manager of this Starbucks to know about it including customers. Read moreHorrible. Parking is great, assuming you walked here.. Service seems to be consistently slow. Trash is often full. Pastry case closes when the sun goes down for some reason. Is that a vacuum or a jet plane!? How annoying.. these poor kids trying to study.. no wonder our economy is shot.. the kids can't study at their local Starbucks. Although, overhearing barista convo, I learned about twerking and tabacco growth. Men's room is usually clean however. Not familiar with drive in service, but people existing the drive want to crash from not stopping at sign. What's with the dress code at this store?lol. Looks like people of Walmart in here. Also, the men's room is always locked with No one inside causing guys to dance awkwardly and wait for no reason. On that note, woman's room looked clean too.
