Crystal Garden & Salt Cave — Local services in Mount Pocono

My group of friends and I happened upon Crystal Garden and Salt Cave recently on a girls weekend in the Poconos. If you want the short story and don't want to read this long review: just go, it's great and you won't be disappointed.

We purchased some crystals and sage from shop and decided to book a 45 minute group session for the Salt Cave later that day. None of us have ever been in a salt cave before so we were a little skeptical and unsure of what to expect. Scheduling was pretty easy to navigate through their website. The salt cave was calming and peaceful, we sat, laid down, and stretched. All of us felt an overall greater sense of ease and decrease in physical and mental tension. It was really awesome.

Out of the group of four of us, one had just been diagnosed with breast cancer and we shared this with the owner Diana after our session. She immediately responded with kindness and empathy, offering suggestions for our friend's healing as she navigates her upcoming treatment. Diana offered to give our friend the gift of a rose quartz crystal as a reminder to care for herself. She put it on a chain and clasped it around our friends neck and we all started crying. It was a spiritual moment for sure, a higher level connection, and humanity at its very best. We are so grateful for the compassion that was extended to our friend and our group. Diana also gave the other three of us a crystal to take with us too, and I know we will cherish them. The experience was one we won't forget and will be grateful for, for a long time to come. The genuine care and kindness that Diana expressed wasn't that of someone trying to promote a business or upsell you something, it was just pure authenticity and it was really beautiful. Highly recommend! Diana and Paul are just such warm, welcoming people! They don’t rush you or anything. They take their time with you and make it so inviting and pleasant. This was such a great chance to hit the pause button and reset myself! I did not realize how much I really really needed this. I finished an hour of reiki feeling so at peace and relaxed. It felt like a weight had been lifted off of me.

The salt cave is so nice and such a beautifully zen place. (I want a salt cave in my home now) Diana is hands up and down amazing. She’s so patient, open minded, understanding, & has such a warm welcoming personality.

I did an hour of reiki with her and wish I lived closer to go more often. She has an amazingly warm and gentle touch that made this reiki session even more comforting! Once we finished the session, the messages she had received and given me from the session were SPOT ON! It was exactly what I have been saying and feeling and wanting to work on and what I needed to hear and helped motivate me further.
