All I can say about James jr and James jewelry is WOW. They saved my wife’s rings. I brought my wife’s engagement and wedding ring to them really hoping for a miracle and meet James jr. I had left my wife’s ring in cleaning solution for two weeks and on top of that I had it soaking in sterling silver cleaner and not gold cleaner. Well the gold was eaten away. It looked all porous. James not only repaired them to the original look he improved them at my wife’s request adding in a new platinum crown and having the bands plated in white erodium. All the stones were re polished and ring was resized. A total rebuild. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process. When I left their after dropping them off I felt relief.
