0 stars. Absolutely worst smoke shop in the area. Been a customer for over 10 years and over the past 2 years dealt frequently with faulty products. Spent at least $54 weekly steadily for 2 years and on average dealt with faulty merchandise half the time. A $27 vape that should last close to a week (advertised and stated by seller) lasted only 2 days. I told them what happened they offered no help and I purchased another one. This sale of faulty products continued and I ended up spending $90 in 5 days due to continuous sale of faulty products. Then I found a much better store right down the street with better prices and customer service and better products. Recently I bought a $25 vape that they said was supposed to last a week with heavy use. The vape stopped working 24 hours later and when informed of this the worker refused to do anything about it stating that if a product isn’t immediately malfunctioning in the store upon purchase he won’t replace it. But he knows the majority of his inventory has a high volume of malfunctioning products. And his profit margins are such that if he replaces the product to the customer at worse he breaks even. Greedy terrible worker, the bald headed middle aged man. Should never shop here ever again especially since there’s a much better shop not more than 40 feet away. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND DONT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS...
