Absolutely horrible experience. Went in and had someone tell us they’ll be right with us. After about 5 minutes no one had come (despite there being about 5 different people working and near half the tables being vacant). I was looking at the pastries and someone asked if they could help, so I told them I was just waiting for a table to which they said someone would be right with me. Another 3-5 minutes go by and the same individual comes up to me to ask if I needed help. I repeated that I was waiting for a table, the same thing I told her a few minutes ago, to which she responded ‘I’m sorry I’m new.’ (Didn’t know that meant you didn’t know how to seat a customer). We got sat and 11 minutes went by before anyone had come to greet us or take our order. We ordered a latte and wings. After our drinks were served to us, my latte was cold and another server had come up to ask to ask if we’ve been helped. She then apologized as she saw our drinks and knew someone had helped us. (I’m unsure if anyone of the servers had served before.) The wings took 25 minutes (despite them just being a deep fried item) and they served us the wrong flavor and wrong dipping sauce. When I told our waitress she told me that the latte couldn’t have been cold as she made it herself. I informed her it was most definitely cold, to which she took it away and brought me a new one (which still wasn’t hot either - unsure if she knows how to make a hot beverage.) I had asked for my check at this point to which I handed my card in immediately. When I got my card back there was no itemized receipt, so I had asked for one at the counter. My server was actively talking about me in the open coffee area and I found out that nothing was discounted for their horrible service (or even an apology for the continuous errors). Save your time and money and find a different...

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I have no idea who left the other reviews but it’s all lies.

We arrived to relatively empty restaurant. As per the sign it state order then sit. Husband made the order : Two orders of French toast with bacon and eggs, and two orders of kiddie pancakes with eggs and bacon. We sat patiently , one hour later we are still waiting . Hubby went to the register to see if everything was okay. They assured us all is well. We watched as .. waitresses(at least we think they were) walked to random tables with food asking if it was what that patron ordered.. it wasn’t. That should have been a warning sign to us .Finally one hour and 15 mins later, we were ready to walk out (and ask for our full refund back, remember you have to pay for your food first then sit) and my husband sees our order next to be brought out. We look at our kids hungry faces and say.. okay we will wait. Guess what!! We watched as they brought our food to two other tables then try to bring it back to the back, my husband gets up waves them down and say it’s our food !!!! They finally make their way to our table ,to only have 3 of the 4 orders !!!! They never took the order correctly!!!!! WHICH WAS LITERALLY : two of the same things !!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Sweet baby Jesus. Stay away , don’t listen to the lies and deceit of the other reviews. Straight to...

The place is cute breakfast foods are good bakery food is great , I ordered a chicken cheese steak yesterday bread was hard as a rock it had barely any chicken on it it was mostly bread basically wasn’t to good I was disappointed . Mentioned it to waitress and sent bread back to kitchen after she said it was cause it was toasted but no way it was microwaved or stale . She never came back to table after that until I flagged her down for the check , They are very cheap too eggs come alone and not inexpensive if u want potatoes or toast on the side it cost extra so if ur getting eggs with toast potatoes and a drink ur paying about 20$ or more , If u want real maple syrup for ur French toast it’s 1.50 more . Service is average to low . I feel like everytime I go there I want to show them ways they can improve as I worked in the Industry for many many years . It’s very close to home and I enjoy the baked goods so I’ve been back about 3 times in total but yesterdays lunch was definitely the pits . The french toast with apple...

Went here for lunch. There were only a couple of tables occupied. We asked to be seated outside where we were promptly forgotten. Went inside and found someone to come out and take our order. 45 minutes after we arrived we got our food. No explanation for the delay. Was certainly not that they were busy and there were plenty of servers there. My wife’s 3 egg spinach omelet came with no toast or potatoes yet cost $8.50. The eggs looked like they were processed eggs and there was a minimal amount of veggies in there. To add insult to injury we were charged a 3rd egg surcharge to offset the high cost of eggs. Egg prices have come down by 60% and an egg costs me about 30 cents. I would assume it costs them way less. This just seemed greedy. My Roma hoagie was their take on an Italian hoagie. I have had better in school cafeterias and 7-11. Very disappointing place.

TL;DR Version: Cute, spacious, with interesting food and the closest thing you can get to a "coffee house vibe" in the Poconos. Worth going. Also, the have WiFi! ^_^ The Whole: Went for luvch one day. Everyone was very very nice, so that's good right off the bat, especially seeing as how I walked in 30 minutes before they close. I got one of the specials, which was very tasty, and their pasta salad side was also very, very good. The menu is well rounded with a bit of something for everyone. The place itself is very nice, if a little too spacious for my taste. However the vibe was very chill and low key, which was nice. I liked it enough to definitely go back in the future, so I'll update this review if anything changes.

Beautiful homey little spot to have breakfast! The atmosphere was very home like and the food was delicious. You will enter and have to order your food in the front register. They will then serve your food at the table you sit at. The staff was very attentive, friendly and kind. We placed an order for a pastrami sanwich which was not available but the nice lady came over to our table and notified us. The sanwich was substituted for a chicken and cheese sanwich which my uncle said was delicious. The prices are super affordable. The place inside is big and there is plenty of space to go eat with a large party of people. It was our first time in PA and we will definitely be returning to eat here ! Thank you. Totally recommend!
