The OWNER kicked my 2 year old out and called the COPS because she wouldnât keep her socks on. I took my 2 and 7 years old daughters here one Sunday evening to play. My two year premature daughter who technically 21 months at the time kept walking out of her socks because itâs thick because itâs fall season. The owners wife came up to me and said âshe needs to wear socks because my husband will be upset if he sees sheâs not wearing the.â I complied and two minutes later she walked out of them while climbing the slide. Two minutes later here comes Mr Attitude..âshe got to wear her socks!!â I tried explaining to him thatâs sheâs two and donât comprehend that she need to keep her socks on..âwell then she got to go!!âWOW..ok..then refund my money and Iâll drop you a REVIEW. Ohhh..now heâs madâŠpulls out his cellphone and calls 911. His wife comes in and takes the phone from him and tells the 911 operator thereâs no need for the Cops and hangs up. She explains that kids need to wear socks because of health reasons..Miss there is kids coughing and sneezing up and down this place. Iâm leaving and the COPS SHOWED UP. My 7 years old had nightmares since that night..tells me that sheâs afraid the Police will arrest us. I should sue them. The OWNER is RUDE AND LACK PEOPLES SKILLS.. he obviously not a parent. Donât take your toddlers to this place unless youâre ready to be kicked out and have the...

What a tremendous find. We had a great time. The place was clean and well maintained. I loved the variety of things to do. The ninja course, the climbing wall and swinging/climbing rope were awesome additions. It was great to have room to run around. The lack of formal separation between the bouncy house means the kids can come down the slide of one and chase each other to the obstacle course of another. Having the big pad set up for the climbing wall meant the kids can do tumble and gymnastics without getting hurt (though it helped that they weren't super busy. The bathrooms were clean and big enough for families. The games weren't outrageously priced. We decided to get food before we left (another great option) and instead of the usual microwaved fare one expects from an "entertainment center", it was great. The Cuban sandwich was the best I've had in the area. (The pork was amazing). I'm still disappointed by the bread because I'm a traditionalist, but the sourdough was super tasty. The fries were good. They were seasoned, which is not my usual experience in this area. We ordered, but didn't try the pizza. My kiddo was more interested in the fries. All in all, it was a great time and we...
Read moreI have been here three times. As a local business owner I really wanted to give this place a chance. However, on all three occasions we have experienced the poorest of service and the worst atmosphere ever. I donât know how people give this place anything more than a 1 star. The employees do nothing but sit around, not paying any attention to the children. There is no maximum amount of kids per jumping castle and no employee monitoring in each jumping castle. There could be as many kids as can fit. It gets extremely unsafe as my child was hurt within five minutes of being there. Although I was there monitoring my children, there was absolutely no employees monitoring whatsoever what was going on in the jumping pits any of the three times that we were there.
Honestly the food was OK. Nothing special but nothing terrible.
I honestly find my conversations with Jodi, The owner to not be very pleasant.
Needless to say, after giving this place a try three different times and having three different horrible experiences we will not...
