I'm all for employment opportunities for all, but when it comes to pharmaceutical needs, your employees should be educated in the field of medicine, because for some their lives depend on them literally. Their staff always seems to be in a bad mood. Which is probably due to unqualified staff, the lack of communication between pharmacist and physicians, and I noticed over the past year or so they've shamelessly tried to charge me for prescriptions that were prescribed to me or my son for a long period of time, or simple fact that my doctor specially prescribes medications that are covered by my insurance because I'm low income. So you have to say something, and wait for them to clear the insurance. I feel like they do this to scam there customers out of money in the hope that the customer won't dispute the charges due to the incompetence of the staff. Starting at the top. It's so dysfunctional I'm amazed they've managed to stay open. This county is a shitshow for those who have critical medical and...
Read moreThe absolute worst. The latest irritation is that I keep getting texts that my prescription is ready. I get my prescriptions filled through my insurance plan at a fraction of their price. On occasion, I do need to have a temporary prescription filled. When I go there, they fill all the prescriptions, not just the one I need. When I explain that I have mail order, I get the eye roll. When it’s time to get the mail order refilled, I’m told that CVS has filled it. I call CVS to cancel the order and it doesn’t get done. What childish behavior. I have a budget like everyone else in this world. I need to shop and provide for my family for the best price and service possible. You will get neither here.
Update: I recently had my prescription refilled here. They were prompt and accurate. I noticed new faces there. Perhaps there has been some personnel changes. I loved the mail order for a while. Seems since Covid, they have completely degraded to voice prompt only service. It’s nice to actually talk to a...
Read moreHorrible! The worst CVS! Closed for days due to no power but no back up generator? Really? For the location I would think they would be better prepared, so for days we’ve not been able to get medication for a family member that just had surgery.
They never pick up the phone to verify if they are open or not. When they finally open up they say that our meds aren’t there and refused to figure out what is going on. The hospital confirmed multiple times that medication had been sent to this location so it’s clear the staff at CVS refused to do their jobs that could very well cost people their life!
When they are open they close for two hours in the middle of the day for lunch. Why? You always see people at the door waiting.
This location is beyond...
