I have always had a beautiful experience at this shop until this year. I sent my niece in and she stood in line to rent gear and was very rudely asked to pull her mask up instead of the employee asking politely and asking if they have made their reservation online... we did not know that’s what the protocol was this year. After they waited in line is when they were told also very rudely that they had to rent online. The male associate was being very rude to all the employees with some kind of power trip. Crazy busy ski weekend so I decided to pre book after hours the night before to maybe get a chance at ski rentals for the family. Went in about an hour after opening & the place was packed. They had all hands on deck & flew through the line way faster than I thought possible. Staff was also helpful & knowledgeable on the types and sizes for the different levels of skiers/ boarders we had. All our stuff fit, worked great & we were out of there in less than 45 minutes with 4 of us! Returns were a breeze, quick and painless after long day on the slopes. Great staff & prices. Shop was also nice, stocked with just about anything you need. Will definitely be renting here...

Visited mount shasta a couple weeks ago and decided to get snowshoes here after it was recommended by our tour guide. Unfortunately we had a strange experience here. When we first walked in there was an older lady who came out of a room and looked like she'd been crying, wiping tears off her face, so we felt really bad.... until she started yelling at other people who were working there. It was weird and uncomfortable and for that reason if we visit again I dont think we will come back.
