Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

Ordered online to dine in, scan the table when we arrived. They did not bring our food out, and when I got up to go get it, the cashier just walked away after sliding the tray over. I had to yell to get his attention to ask for a drinks, which he told me we should have already gotten. I then told him that I didn't and that I also needed the sauces that I had ordered because I hadn't got those either and some napkins please. At this point he finally decides to read the ticket and realizes that it was a mobile order. I kind of thought it was part of their job to read the ticket when they created an order for a customer. But that sure does explain a lot. So then he brings the drink, which ends up being the wrong drink. So then I had to yell as good as attention again, and that time he got the right drinks, and the sauces. But the whole point of creating the mobile order was to save time and effort of standing in line, which it didn't either because it took me 15 minutes of standing at the counter with my food getting cold to double check and acquire the things that the cashier literally gets paid to do. The chicken was delicious, even cold, but I doubt there are very many people out there who think any type of fry cold is good, and I'm definitely not one of them. Everybody loves Chick-fil-A, but if you guys keep hiring people who don't care, don't read tickets, and don't treat customers as they would want to be treated, you're going to end up losing people. We were here yesterday for lunch. My son has been collecting the current books that you get with the kids meals and was really hoping for a new one. We received one he already have. While we were eating. The Team leader I believe his name was Dave or David came over to offer us refills and ask if there was anything he could do for us. I asked him if they had any of the remaining books our son was missing (there were 2) from the collection. He went to the back and looked through all books and he found one of them! We were thrilled! Then 5 minutes later he came back and told us he found the last remaining book we were missing. My son was so happy when he found out we could complete the collection. So I had three unsatisfactory experiences with this 5th Street store in a row. First, they put in my chicken nuggets order wrong as regular when I asked for grilled when I was dining in, second time, they put a hole in the bottom of my milkshake and it spilled all over my poor Door Dasher's car and tonight my delivery order had to be canceled because the Door Dasher tried to get in touch with the store to find out why the order was taking so long and they were unresponsive. Never happened at any of the other stores, this is the only one I've had bad experiences with.
