Starbucks — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

First of all I called to make sure this location was open and the girl said yea till 8:00 pm. I get there and it’s 7:42pm She says we are already cleaning up I can’t take your order She couldn’t make anything or even get us normal coffee She had such and attitude and was laughing at my child asking if they had hot chocolate Which they do but didn’t want to get it for him so number one your still open your hours say till 8 so you are in fact OPEN NUMBER 2 I DONT KNOW WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE LAUGHING AT MY CHILD IN FRONT OF ME I want this location Closed for good It needs new management and employees for one and they said they already cleaned up The counters were a mess and there was food on the floor in the little dining area so they were just some lazy employees trying to rush out the door Ladies!! It isn’t Christmas yet You have a job to work not to leave early. It takes a lot for me to leave great reviews haha. I must say every single time I go into this Starbucks is a great experience! From the moment I walk in with them saying hello until the moment I leave I get exceptional service it's a nice atmosphere clean and friendly and when I leave if they are not busy they even say bye thank you! I was going to say they are going to have competition with seven brew moving in across the street but honestly with the exceptional hospitality every single time I don't know that they will!...

Nice quick service but cannot give it 5 stars for the same reason I almost never get Starbucks anymore. The minimalist menu, each season it gets smaller and shows less information, to the point where it's almost an insult. Why do you now show what sizes there are besides grande?
