Ordered on the app. Was given a pick-up time of 6:52 pm. Food wasn’t ready until 7:24 pm! There were a lot of people standing around waiting for their food. If you are in a hurry or on a lunch break, I would strongly suggest avoiding this place. Got their “Original Orange Chicken” over fried rice. Food was rather mediocre. The chicken that was supposed to be “orange chicken” had barely any flavor other than just chicken and a little bit of spice. No orange flavor AT ALL! Some of the chicken pieces also tasted burnt. Rather disappointing. The fried rice was bland and soggy. The only saving grace to this visit was Fran, the young lady that handed me my food. She was working her tail off, getting orders out to people, and did a great job with a very genuine smile and friendly attitude. I really DID want to give this place a better rating. All this to say, I think I will just stick with Happy Garden down the street. The food there is much more flavorful and I get it in a timely manner. Update from 6/12: I decided to get the orange chicken from Happy Garden Chinese Restaurant down the street and added the pic here. As I suspected, the food from Happy Garden is FAR superior to the food I got at Panda Express! The orange chicken from Happy Garden is 100 times more flavorful and I didn’t have to wait over a half hour to get it. To me, the...
Read moreDon't eat here! If you value your money and respect yourself, don't be fooled by this fake fast-food Chinese food restaurant. I got a plate which comes with one side and your choice of two entres. I got the lo mein, the orange chicken and paid extra for a spicy shrimp stir fry. I assumed that I would receive even portions of the entres. I received a miniscule amount of the entre I paid more for. The lo mein I got was absolutely tasteless. Although reading the negative reviews here, that seems to be a theme. I complained through the receipt or email I got, and they offered me to come back with a free bowl. I want to see improvement when something isn't right. The bowl is one entre and a side. How does that show me that anyone is getting the message. I obviously am not the only one complaining about portion sizes and food quality. I'm not going to use the free bowl coupon. Instead I am going out of my way to tell everyone I know how much this place sucks. Eat at your local Chinese food places. Panda Express, I know your time on 5th st. in Temple is short. Good riddance to...
