Came in the store with my boyfriend and mom to try and return a mirror that we payed over $80 for a few months back! It had a faulty part on the back that caused it to fall. My mom had proof of purchase on her bank app but no receipt and no tag because for some reason they only put a sticker on the front of the mirror and obviously you don’t leave the tag on the front of a mirror. Well they called the manager named Cindy up front and when I tell you I’ve never been more disappointed or disrespected in my life. My mom was the one handling this. We had proof of the purchase we obviously weren’t trying to pull anything. The mirror was in freaking shambles and almost fell on me!!!! You’d think the manager would wanna make it right with the customer but no instead she was getting and attitude with my mom. She finally settles and gave us a credit. That was all we wanted, to exchange the mirror. My mom kept asking for her name and she wouldn’t even tell her and she hid her name tag. But we heard someonelse say it. Real professional, Cindy. Then before we left I went to use the bathroom and I overheard Karen aka Cindy in the bathroom literally almost yelling to another employee going on about us. Real nice. I feel so sorry for your poor employees. All of the other employees were so nice about the whole thing!!! But you Cindy, are a bitter...
Read moreIf I could give no stars I would, horrible staff and costumer service. Most Employees were very unprofessional and very unpleasantly rude. I asked the only employee I could find for pricing on an item in the clearance with no tag. The employee proceeded to ignore me continuing what she was doing. I apologized for asking her at such a inconvenient time, because she was restocking. She walked to the front left the item I asked about, walked away and never informed me on anything so I continued to follow her and she then told me “they’ll deal with that.” Although she wasn’t blatantly rude it was still a bad experience. I later went to the register to purchase the items I’d gathered along the way. And I asked the young lady at the front about the item. And she told me the price and I asked her to repeat herself in which she had responded rudely and raised her tone. Overall I love shopping here but this HomeGoods seemed understaffed and has poor Choice...
Read moreI came in on a Sunday around 8:50 pm. The store closes at 9:30pm. I checked out at 9:15pm. I want to especially thank Kaidyn( the young lady at the register). She politely bagged all of my fragile items and wrapped them without me even having to ask with no attitude whatsoever. It was very refreshing for her to have a nice demeanor and treat me and my items with respect even when I came in so close to closing. And I also want to thank the whole staff on that night. No one made me feel awkward and the attitudes and atmosphere was so pleasant and refreshing! I'm so use to subpar and passive aggressive service, but I definitely will be back to shop at this place since I am made to feel welcomed in despite the time frame! Also, I noticed another co worker offered to help the cashier since there was another lady behind me in line waiting to checkout! Genuine teamwork...
