Murfreesboro Escape Rooms (Medical Center) — Attraction in Murfreesboro

Myself, my wife, our 6 year old grandson the Hulls, and his mother and 6 month old brother, visited this establishment on July 20th. My wife spoke to the facility prior to booking our appointment and there was a lot of miscommunication given. When we arrived the staff didn't tell us that the room we chose the high noon was one of the hardest rooms and offer for us to consider another room since we had built this event up to our grandson he was so excited yet so disappointed 😥 about how things went. We were terribly disappointed. As we were leaving my wife spoke with the manager which didn't seem to care that we had a terrible experience. However, we were contacted by his supervisor who was very polite and apologized several times to us for our experience and the weakness of the staff. He was kind enough to refund our $98+ dollars and offered us a free rerun. However, this was the highlight of our summer vacation with our grandson so that experience can not be replayed. But we do appreciate someone in upper management for reaching out to us and made us feel a little less disappointed that someone in the company does care about their customers and customer service....

I have experienced two of the three rooms offered here at this location so far. I will say that the experience is well worth the cost of $24. The blind pig was the first room I participated in and it great. Without giving spoilers hanging at the bar was just as fun as sneaking into it and slipping out. Dinner for Two was the second room I've participated in. This room I feel was harder due to only two people solving clues while passing a bottle of wine. Both rooms had a great back story and left room for the imagination to add to it. The staff is by far part of the great experience. They are professional in a friend you've known your whole life kind of way. I walked in the building to smiling faces and a warm greeting. The staff are just as friendly as you are leaving, so it doesn't feel as if you are being rushed out after your money was spent. I recommend this place to anyone who loves puzzles and a sense of adventure. Let your imagination go wild and live the story that the room places you in! I'll be seeing these guys again soon for...

I absolutely loved the escape room. It was a lot of fun going through puzzle after puzzle, and our game master, Hong, was absolutely amazing. He was nice, friendly, and helped us along the way when we had any questions. He even helped us get refocused on the game when we got distracted with jokes. Lol. He was the best. My ONLY complaint is that you can't book another game for like an hour and a half after you finished the game you just played. I'd understand if it was because we were trying to replay the same game to get the highest score or all rooms were booked, but it wasn't. It was a new game and everything was opened. It really didn't make sense to us. We probably would've played more than one game that day, but things just didn't work out that way.
