I visited Big Frog in June of 2018. It was a quaint establishment and yet, to my surprise, it offered much more than larger chains I had visited in the past. The most apparent difference was the impeccable customer service I experienced from one of the young ladies working there. Not only was she able to fulfill all of my shirt related requests, she did so with a smile and a willing heart. I was there to order shirts for a rabies awareness fun run, rabies of course being the leading cause of animal bite related deaths in the United States and the southern region of India. I was asking for the shirts to have a white froth printed around the necks, white froth of course being the leading sign of rabies identification in victims. The back of the shirt displayed the slogan of the AARAPBA(Americans Against Rabid Animals and for the Protection of Babies Association), “If you love your babies, put a stop to rabies!” and featured the Association’s mascot, Rabid Ricky the Raccoon, sporting a bib and silverware preparing to eat a human infant lying on a plate, babies of course being the leading victims of rabid animal attacks. Previous stores refused to make the shirt, saying that it could be found “offensive” and “scary to younger children”. However, the young, curly headed lady behind the counter said it wouldn’t be a problem. I left that day knowing that my vision was in some very capable hands. I returned the next day to pick up the shirts and found them to be absolutely flawless. The necks were foamy and frothy and the back of the shirts painted a very clear picture of what lies in store for America if the rabies epidemic is not taken care of. The young lady that had helped bring my dreams in to reality sat behind the counter and was visibly exhausted. Her curly hair frizzled in all directions and two black bags under her eyes. She informed me that she had stayed up all night working on this masterpiece because she too fears for the safety of our future generations should the rabies epidemic not be stopped. Her blood, sweat, and tears had been poured into these shirts and it was easy to see. I gave her my sincerest gratitude and payed for the reasonably priced shirts. I left her a generous tip of $1000. You might be thinking it’s lot of money, but for someone that has six figure annual income, such as myself, it was really nothing. Upon exiting the store, my arms full of shirts, I heard growling and scratching coming from the trash can to my Northwest, I’m a former Boy Scout so noticing the cardinal directions is a mere instinct for me. As I turned to see what the commotion was, a rapid skunk leapt from the trash can with its bloodthirsty eyes set on me. I attempted to run, not doubting that my 6’ 4” frame and athletic build coupled with my Olympic level sprinting abilities would be enough to escape the beast, however, I stumbled and landed face first on the asphalt. I rolled onto my back in a last ditch effort to save myself from my foaming assailant, but the skunk had already jumped on my chest, looking me over for a place to strike. The skunk pulled its head back, it’s teeth ready to sink into my flesh and inject me with the fatal virus. I believed this to be the end, a man brought to his untimely death by the one thing he vowed to destroy. I closed my eyes and accepted my fate, but at the last second my guardian angel came swooping in, it was the girl from Big Frog! She delivered a swift kick to the body of the skunk and sent the demonic critter flying at least 15 feet into air. Without a second of hesitation she swept me into her arms and pulled me back into the store. She administered first aid that I have only seen performed by myself back during my days as the Head Lifeguard of the city pool. Not only had she saved the rabies awareness fun run with her beautiful shirts, she had saved my life. I know this review can’t truly do her actions from that day justice, but it’s all that I can give her, excluding the tip of $1000 dollars that I mentioned previously. Karliey Gannon, you truly are a Big Frog in a...
Read morePLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE.I will not be going here again to get anything done. I went to get a shirt and a bag done of my business logo and they changed my logo completely without me knowing. when I told them it was different they basically told me that it wasn’t their fault. After speaking with my with my husband they finally refunded back the bag. When the logo was sent to them they did tell me they needed a high quality one, but didn’t say why or that they would change it. once I told them it was specially made by someone else months ago and I didn’t know how to up the quality for their machine I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice. To change someone’s logo and not inform them is very poor customer service.. When you have a logo thats for your brand you don’t want it to look different every time someone sees it. Very upset with the Murfreesboro location. Vista print did a better job. Please be careful of this place.one of their employees is harassing me by the name of Riley due to this review being put up. She has called me numerous times and has put a bad review up on my business A.M Slay Beauty Bar and has never even been there. She changed her name to bethmann on the review once the corporate office called after they told her to take it down. I never thought I would have to go through all this over a shirt and bag that cost 40 bucks that they messed up. I have talk to the manager and owner of the company and it seems that they can’t control what their employees do in the name of there company. I had to file a police report and call corporate. It took all that for it to be taken down. If you do decide to go to this location please be cautious. Corporate was very help and...
Read moreThis place is a joke. Very poor customer service, lack of communication. Carley lost my order. She wasn't there when I came to pick up. The rep had to call her on her cell phone, then she right out lied and acted like she didn't know the details of the order when in reality she just dropped the ball and didn't care to take ownership for her doings. She pointed blame back to us (the customer) by saying that we didn't pay for our order yet. We tried to pay for our order on two occasions (once during on initial visit to the store with Carley and the again over the phone with Carley). She specifically told us that we didn't need to pay until we picked up. I guess this was just her being lazy and not wanting to do anything. Mind you, she was browsing the internet and looking at Buzz Feed when we walked in the store, so it seemed she didn't care much about her job. We gave ample amount of time for our order to be processed. They claim to have 24 hour turnaround time except when special items need ordered. We came in two weeks before the date we needed our item and still didn't get it. I emailed the store management regarding this matter and got an email back from Kathy (who says she owns the place) that in so many words just said "oh well." I noticed Kathy has the same last name as Carley, so the two must be related. Run away from this place. Rocket Shirts is just down the road. I contacted them at 4pm on a Thursday and by noon on Friday, they had my order complete and correct. They also have EXTREMELY friendly staff there. I highly...
