Horrible experience. The employees here are SO RUDE I went in to either Exchange / return some shorts that did not fit. The girl who was the supervisor for that shift kept telling me she could not do anything because ONE of the tags on the shorts was missing. She said it was against their policy which they had in a poster in the back and it didnāt say anything about tags missing with online orders. I explained that to her All it said was we needed a receipt or confirmation # and Granted I had my invoice number my receipt and email with confirmation number. She then proceeded to say āif I wanted to keep arguing I could come back during the week to talk to the managerā and then one of the other girls next to her proceeded to say āUGH WHAT A LONG SHIFT IVE HADā and rolled her eyes. they were rude and not helpful. I went to a different Hollister in a different city and wow what a difference I explained to the cashier one of the tags was missing and she told me she could do an exchange with no issues they went above and...

We were in shopping and while I was browsing my mom sat on one of the steel shelving units. She simply sat on the edge not the whole thing. The āmanagerā then proceeds to come over and tell her that she canāt sit on it because sheāll break it. After that we watched the employee then laugh and point with another employee also causing the customer at the counter to turn around. Obviously talking about her. This location is full of trash employees who allow 18 year olds to run a store who are obviously incompetent and insensitive. For a world that is turning towards body positivity Iām VERY unimpressed with Hollister. We will not be shopping with them...

She told me I would have to repurchase the item even though I never received an email saying my order expired or a refund. I said fine then asked if I can get the same deal as Black Friday she was completely rude told me she is unable to do that in the middle of that yelled at two of her employees. Come to find out she was able to price match up to 14 days but instead argued she couldnāt. Not exactly sure how she treats customers like this and still has a job! Definitely wonāt...
