I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding service I received at this location yesterday. I’ve been a loyal customer of this product for over 25 years, and I continue to stand by it.I’m always happy with the results and where I’m at in my skincare journey. However, this review isn’t about the product itself , it’s about the incredible service I experienced.
I was warmly welcomed and helped by Kylie, Marcia, and Scott. Honestly, in just a short amount of time, it felt like I had made new friends. They were personable, caring, and went above and beyond not only offering great advice on my skincare routine but also sharing meaningful conversation about life in general. It was refreshing to encounter such genuine and uplifting people.
If more stores had team members like these who know how to create real, personal connections.I believe businesses would thrive, and the world would be a bit kinder and more pleasant.
Kylie was especially amazing. She offered advice that I genuinely needed to hear and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products I had questions about. Scott, the manager, was equally personable, and Marcia was kind and welcoming from the very beginning. I left the store feeling uplifted, impressed, and truly happy with my experience.

I purchased it and went about my other shopping in the mall. Got a call from a major website that exposes shams like this and since it had been over an hour since my purchase they asked that I go check the other products just like mine and see if they were missed marked or if it was just a one time mistake. He had me take some pictures so they use them in their story every bottle was mismarked at least the 30 I had checked and they had done nothing to “fix” their “mistake” until she saw me taking video and pictures. The girl with red hair was knowledgeable, an exception to this experience. However, I can't give two stars given multiple register issues and delays.
One staff member clearly didn't know their product line well, and this same stuff seemed to struggle to keep track of things at the register.
Edit: I went back an hour later after seeing their main website had BOGO for many items, including the ones I had just purchased.
