Update – 03/07/2025
I wish I could say things have improved at this Little Caesar’s, but my most recent visit was somehow even worse—borderline nightmarish.
It started with a 45-minute wait for a simple pickup order that I had placed online well in advance. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, bickering amongst themselves, and ignoring customers who were clearly frustrated. When I finally asked about my order, an employee rolled their eyes and muttered something under their breath before stomping off to the back.
Then, things took a turn for the unbelievable. Another customer, also waiting far too long, dared to ask when their order would be ready. Instead of a simple answer, an employee slammed the counter and shouted, “You can leave if you don’t like it!”—as if we were the problem for expecting basic service. At this point, tensions in the store were boiling over as multiple customers started complaining, only to be met with sarcastic remarks and outright mockery from the staff.
When my order was finally handed to me, it was wrong again—no Crazy Sauce, no Caesar Dips, and the pizza was cold as if it had been sitting out for an hour. When I pointed this out, the employee laughed, shook their head, and walked away. I was speechless.
To top it all off, the restaurant itself was filthy. Trash was overflowing, the floors were sticky, and the smell of burnt cheese and grease filled the air. It felt like no one there cared—about the food, the service, or even basic cleanliness.
Spending money at this location is essentially gambling—will you get your order? Will you be insulted for daring to ask about it? Will you even get acknowledged? I’ll never find out again because I’m officially done with this place.
Original Review: I am compelled to detail a distressing experience at the Little Caesar’s located at 2315 E Apple Ave, Muskegon, MI. This visit was characterized by severe lapses in customer service and order fulfillment, rendering it completely unacceptable.
Order Inaccuracy: Our intended enjoyable meal included a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza, Pepperoni Crazy Puffs with Crazy Sauce, a Classic Pepperoni Pizza, and several Caesar Dips (Butter Garlic and Cheezy Jalapeño). Regrettably, none of the Caesar Dips were provided, a significant oversight that detracted heavily from our experience.
Customer Service Disaster: The service was shockingly poor. After being ignored for 15 minutes, an incident occurred where an employee not only used vulgar language towards a customer asking for service but also continued to disparage this customer in a crude conversation with a coworker. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere, making the experience even more disappointing.
Facility Letdown: Moreover, the drive-thru was closed, despite its advertised convenience, adding to the frustration of our visit.
In summary, my experience at this Little Caesar’s location was fraught with issues—from missing items in our order to reprehensible staff behavior. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism was disturbing and indicative of a poorly managed establishment. Immediate corrective actions are necessary to address these issues and prevent future...
Read more6/4 ordered 2 garlic wings and crazy bread at 10:21 pm online. Called spoke to right after to ask if they could run the wings through the oven a 2nd time because the skin could feel not done or fatty sometimes on larger pieces. The employee said yes they can do that. At 10:45 I checked the email they sent and clicked the track link, it showed at the time that it was in the oven. I thought that was kind of weird that it was still in the oven but I told mysel that well I asked for them to run it twice and it’s Saturday night they were busy so I waited. At 11pm I checked again it still said in the oven. I called into the store because the email said it would be ready by 10:40-50, I asked about my order I told them what I had ordered and the lady says “oh we are out of wings, we have been out since 10:00 pm. All this time I waited in the parking lot and no one in that restaurant had the decency to call or email that they were out of wings. I’m not upset about them running out, I’m upset that they just let me sit there. It’s muskegon everything closes at 10-11 so we had no where else to go. On top of that the manager did not know how to give me my money back because I ordered online. So now in order for me to get my money back I have to file a consumer complaint with the AG office in order for them to give me my money back. It seems like when I called the first time they would have let me know they they were out. But I guess they wanted a customer to just sit in their small parking lot all night. Rude, unorganized, no respect for their customers, not a good place to get food. Well to just sit, you won’t...
Read moreI'm 59 years old. I LOVE pizza so much that I sometimes order it 2 or 3 times a week (from various places, to keep things interesting). That's A LOT of times ordering pizza! But I've never before had happen to me what happened a few nights ago.
I ordered Crazy Bread (the only reason I order from Little Caesars is for the Crazy Bread, quite honestly, because the pizza isn't all that good) and an original crust pizza with extra cheese on the whole thing, toppings on one side and nothing but cheese on the other. However, that's NOT what we received. What we received was Crazy Bread (thank Heaven), something called 'Slices N Stix', and a note on top of the pizza box (which I assume was from the manager, but perhaps not).
The note said, "I apologize for the inconvenience. We dressed it as a Slice(s) N Stix which has garlic butter and Italian Seasoning. It's still really good. Sorry again. Little Caesars." WHAT IN THE HE*L?? Not even something like an extra order of Crazy Bread thrown in, or an offer of a credit for a free pizza the next time we order (IF there is a next time)... nothing.
They KNEW it was wrong BEFORE they sent it out... yet, they STILL sent it out!! Why would you KNOWINGLY give a customer something DIFFERENT from what they ordered?? If I had WANTED 2 types of breadstix and only HALF OF A PIZZA, that's what I would've ordered!
I don't know that I've ever done this before, but I believe I'll be contacting the corporate office and...
