I waited since the day I saw the sign. I finally made it today. I walked into a beautifully, festively decorated take out shop full with welcoming smiles. It was so hard to choose on the spot because I literally wanted everything on the menu. Since it was my first time, but not the last, I decided with something I am familiar with, wet burrito with grilled chicken, and something I have not tried before, chicken flauta. Of course with the best beverage on earth; Mexican Coca Cola in a large glass bottle. The food was amazing 🤩 Flautas with green sauce was just the perfect appetizer before that amazing burrito. Great price for a fantastic, authentic food that is clean, quickly prepared and served with appreciation and love. Please support this local business. Not only for they're local, ones of us, but also for a menu that tastes like it was just made in your house. Thank you for coming to our neighborhood La Cocina Sanchez. Thank you for your great customer service...
Read moreBest tacos in Muskegon, hands down. Clearly the owner, (who made my tacos) is highly trained and fully understands authentic Mexican Cuisine; either she grew up in Mexico or spent years in a Southern California Taco Food Truck, who knows, but forget Rad Dads, or anywhere else, this place is as legit as it gets. But here is the real treasure--there is a real "heart" and "love" to this place when you walk in. It is not only impeccably clean, but there is a real energy of care inside, just little gems everywhere, kids art, attention to detail, it is warm and inviting. The owner's sister ran the register, both of them just as nice and inviting as you could imagine. And the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Heck, you pay the same amount for garbage down the road at Taco Bell. This is one of those local places that deserves the community's support, and one of those places that when you know, you know, and you feel...
Read moreDecided to stop in and try the new local Mexican place in town. Food seemed very reasonably priced at first glance. As someone who likes to explore new restaurants and new menu items, this place was a hit. We ordered the wet burrito, chicken quesadilla, and one of every taco they had.(which was 4 tacos, beef, chicken, pork, and steak.) All for under $40. We were told the wait for the food would be 10-15 minuets. While I was waiting, I noticed the strawberry tres leches cake in the desert cooler. Which I promptly snatched up, paid for, and ate in my truck while I waited for the rest of my food. It was amazing. Don't skip on the cake. A must order every time. The food came up promptly 12 minuets later. It was hot, packaged very nicely, and accurate. Everything tasted amazing. We will 100% be returning customers. Also dont forget to try the hot sauce and medium sauces they have. Also a big hit. Already cant...
