OUR PROPERTY SALE IS COMPLETE!!!! Thank you Charlie!!!!! I rarely write reviews. I say this because it was important for me to write this review on the recent sale of our property and our amazing real estate professional, Charles DeMatteo. We started this journey wondering if we should or shouldn’t sell our property. Today, the real estate market is very confusing with prices going up and down and interest rates following. We were consumed with pondering if we might sell too soon/too late or too high/too low? We finally just sat down with Charlie and let him lead/help us in our decision making. He evaluated our property, suggested what to improve (and what not to) for a potential sale and gave us a full market evaluation to help aide us in our decision. He was thorough, considerate (and even more importantly), patient as we navigated through the process. Once we committed to the sale of our property, he immediately launched into the process with literally no work on our part. He handled everything (seamlessly). From taking beautiful pictures and videos in the beginning to sitting at our closing to make sure everything went smoothly for us, it was an amazing experience. I am not saying things didn’t come up during the process, I am saying he was there (from the largest to smallest challenge) helping us resolve everything. We have sold properties in the past and have never had a real estate professional manage the entire process like Charlie did. We can’t say “thank you” enough for the outstanding service.
