Saturday April 5th me and a group of my family visited the trampoline park(not our first time there as we are locals). My 3 year old son went to go on the blow up obstacle course and when he jumped onto it he fell through the air up pad, he was underneath pad hanging by his foot, when my husband pulled him up by his leg we noticed he had hit his head on something underneath and had a gash on the back of his head. Customers in the area seen is frantic and assisted us in getting paper towels to control bleeding and getting management to us before leaving to head to the ER. Management did an incident report and got all of our info and was told he would call to check on my son the next day (have yet to hear anything Monday 4/7). My son ended up getting two staples. I am not happy with the situation of him getting injured due to their faulty equipment. Staff are nice but they clearly need some updating if that is happening. My mom watched the workers go over and reattach it and try to cover up the issue for it to continue happening to someone else. Do not recommend i will not be going back there!

When we lived in Myrtle Beach we went to Rockin’ Jump a lot. Now when we come to visit we always make sure to return. Our latest session at Rockin’ Jump was on Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the additions and improvements that had been made since our last visit more than six months ago. Most notably, the “Drop Zone” that you jump off to enter the padded stunt bag was really cool. All the attractions you associate with a trampoline park can be found at Rockin’ Jump including dodge ball, basketball, and obstacle course. The snack bar is decent and a variety of arcade games are also offered. When we visited this past time, it was $10 total for the two of us (we went during the early toddler time and we had our own socks). The staff is friendly and lockers are available.

My recent visit to Sky Zone Trampoline Park left me exhilarated and thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with an atmosphere buzzing with energy and excitement.

One individual who truly made my experience exceptional was Abdul. From the moment I encountered him, his passion for ensuring guests have an unforgettable time was palpable. Abdul went above and beyond to ensure that safety protocols were adhered to while also fostering an environment that encouraged fun and camaraderie among visitors. His enthusiasm was infectious, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Abdul's expertise and dedication were particularly evident during the various activities he oversaw. Whether he was providing guidance on proper jumping techniques or facilitating games of dodgeball, he did so with a level of professionalism and enthusiasm that truly set him apart. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist guests in any way possible exemplified the exceptional customer service standards upheld by Sky Zone Trampoline Park.

In addition to Abdul's outstanding contributions, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the park were commendable. Staff members were diligent in ensuring that equipment was well-maintained and that the premises remained tidy throughout my visit. This attention to detail further enhanced my sense of comfort and enjoyment during my time at Sky Zone.

Overall, my experience at Sky Zone Trampoline Park exceeded my expectations on every level. The combination of thrilling attractions, exceptional customer service, and a vibrant atmosphere made for an unforgettable outing. Abdul's outstanding service exemplified the park's commitment to excellence, leaving me eager to return for another exhilarating adventure. Whether you're planning a family outing, a group event, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, I wholeheartedly recommend Sky Zone Trampoline Park as a must-visit...

While looking for a fun indoor activity for our kids in myrtle beach, we came across Rockin Jump. Our kids love going to trampoline parks and this makes the 7th or 8th one we have gone to. This is my first negative review. First of all, Rockin Jump is overly crowded. In my opinion they let too many people in at one time. If you go, plan to buy at least a 2 hour jump time. We only purchased one hour and spent over half of that standing in line for different jump attractions. Which leads me to my second point. My son stood in line for nearly half an hour for the obstacle course. Once he reached the FRONT of the line they said he was not tall enough. At the front of the line there was a sign posted that you must be 54 inches tall. This sign should be posted at the entrance to the line!!! We wasted 30 minutes of our jump time standing in line for something he could not do! Also, my daughter stood in line for over 20 minutes for the rock wall. There are long lines for nearly every attraction! Third point: the employee do not seem to keep a watchful eye on the children. My 5 year old was bouncing on a trampoline and several times much bigger kids would run across her trampoline. This was dangerous for a child her size. I think someone should be redirecting these kids to run on the spaces between the trampolines. Also, on the obstacle course attraction they were sending too many kids at once so some of the bigger kids were running over top of the younger kids. I saw some kids in tears over this, however the employees did nothing to stop it. To sum up, this place is not worth visiting unless you can spend several hours there. The lines are too long, employees are not watchful and the facility is just not big enough to accommodate as many people as they let in. We will definitely not return and the money I spent here was a...

We booked a party here for our daughter on 06OCT23. We booked months in advance and have had other parties here we even pay monthly for the membership. However what happened this past Friday may change that. We had the party set to start at 2000 (for the night glow). Got in and first issue was the hostess was just letting people say they were with the party even though I gave her a list of the people whom RSVP’d with us. The second issue is that we had to go to the counter to ask for drinks (this was at 2100 kids were tired and thirsty from jumping and started buying drinks because nothing was in the party room) and to see when our pizzas would be delivered. But the most egregious issue is that we had a medical emergency with one of the parents at the party and instead of being professional the employees were on their phones recording and laughing all while the child of the parent was sitting there crying worried about her mom. And, then when I was paying the last portion of the party before leaving the young lady asked with a smile and chuckle “How was the party? Besides having the ambulance being called”. All while the child whose parent was in that ambulance was standing right there with me.

My wife called up to Sky Zone on Saturday and was brushed off. She later received another call from the GM and was told that the pizza coming into the party room after 2100 was normal as we only get an hour in the room and that they would talk to the employees. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional on all parts. When you pay over $400 for a party and you walk away feeling like you got cheated and then to be brushed off by management like you’re the one at fault is not what I expected from a place my kids and their friends love...
