While visiting Myrtle Beach South I had to check out some pizza places. And this one was within walking distance of the resort we were staying at, so it got the collective nod. Party of 4 adults and 4 children. We were seated really fast and had our drink orders taken immediately. This establishment has the typical soda offerings as well as some local beer and mixed drinks. We had a variety of all the above, all were correct and the mixed drinks were done well. Next up we ordered appetizers. They came within 5-7 minutes piping hot. The home made marinara sauce is thick, dark red and is fantastic. Possibly the best red sauce I've ever eaten. Had great tomato flavor and just enough spice. The cheese filled breadsticks were just okay. The sauce made them good though. I ordered a personal UCLA pizza. Normally I like to go with Cheese for a review but I really wanted something more spicy tonight. The UCLA has red sauce, cheese, pepperoni and marinated Portablla Mushrooms. The dough or crust had a nice flavor, it wasn't bland like many other pizza places, however it had no crunch or snap to it what so ever. The red sauce was the same as the appetizers and it is fantastic. The pepperoni are of the spicy variety which I absolutely love. I have to say..this pizza was greasy. Pretty sure it was the cheese and Pepperoni. The pizza was very good though. The waitstaff was very nice and friendly as well as knowledgeable. If you are visiting Myrtle Beach I would visit this pizza establishment. It was good. Just greasy and the dough needs some crunch to it. Underwhelming and overpriced. I will only speak for the pizza from this restaurant...please see the pics to understand where I'm coming from. The website menu states the LARGE pie brings 12 slices...we got an 8 slice pie. I was told this is the new amount of slices the "new large" brings because people complained the 12 slices were too small. Now please look at the pic of 2 slices from the "new large" pie with a 25 cent coin next to it to use as reference to understand how SMALL these slices are. This is not a good value whatsoever for a $24 pie, plus tax, plus tip. I literally chose this place because of the good reviews, but it was not what I was expecting at all. We have a pizza shop right in the hotel where we stayed and chose THIS place over that one regretably. I'm sorry to have to provide negative feedback but it is what it is and people should be aware. I hope you take it as constructive criticism and not just get all defensive like many places do. Wish you the best.

The picture is of what they call "Oven baked jumbo wings" and as you can see it's basically 10 small pieces of chicken nugget smaller than what you'd get at fast food chains. Total ripoff considering it costs about $12 for that thing. They did provide a 9 inch strand of blond hair in them for free though. The 2 litre or sprite I ordered wasn't cold, the delivery person told me they don't keep them cold but the hotel had ice and cups so that wasn't a big deal. My last gripe is the pizza that wasn't pictured was only a little warm by the time they got it delivered to my room, only half a mile away. The reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 was they threw some paper plates in without being asked which is a nice gesture for an order they knew was going to a hotel room without them. The lady taking the phone order was also very friendly.

So disgusted with this place! Used to love to order a pizza from here when we'd visit Myrtle Beach. We were over in January; ordered a chef salad delivered, and when it arrived, discovered that they'd left off the meat! When I called to inform them of my meatless chef salad, they said I'd have to bring the salad back to their shop, (25th Ave. location), to get it fixed. The whole point of delivery is to avoid going out!! So I had to change clothes, get in my car, and drive @ 5 miles to their store to get it fixed, even though it was their fault! When I got there, checked my replacement salad, and they had left off the tomatoes and mushrooms! They gave me some in a cup to apply myself. They also gave me a manager's 50% off card to use on our next order. Came back to beach at end of April. Tried to order a pizza for delivery with our discount card. They said they would not honor the coupon over the phone; would not even let me send them a pic of card ; they said I would have to come to the store for my order. So once again, I make the trek through MB weekend traffic all the way over to their shop, only to arrive and find a COLD pizza waiting on me. The girl at the counter was very nice, and a real asset to their establishment. She did offer to have them make me a fresh pizza, which I took. All the while, I never saw the manager, who I guess thinks personally addressing customer issues is beneath him. Sorry California Pizza Kitchen, guess our tradition of having a Big Kahuna delivered on our quarterly beach trips has...

My family had been here once before and it was really good. However this time, we were sat and waited 15 minutes with no waitress. My wife went to the hostess and asked if there was a server assigned to our table? The hostess was quite rude and firmly stated, “of courser there is”. The waitress finally does come to the table where we place our entire order to help make it easier. This pour waitress had three other tables, an 8 top, a 6 top, us a 6 top and a 5 top. We watched as the manager helped everyone other waiter/waitress but ours, he shuffled drinks, food what ever was needed. We waited an additional 15 minutes with no drinks. I asked to speak to the manager, I explained we had been there over 30 minutes and still no drinks. He apologized and asked what our drinks were, I asked him to ask the waitress, she needs help and no one is helping her. He got very rude and yelled at me across the bar “I’m trying to help the whole place”.

We won’t be back to this location, this manager needs the owners to sit him down and teach him about serving customers. We were extremely patient and treated very poorly.

Just a sad example of customer service for sure! So once my family was yelled at by the manager we spoke with our wallet and got up and walked out. To which the manager through a temper tantrum, “they were a 100 dollar table, tossed his hat, and yelled at...
